I looked those through, but didn't manage to identify a series for the one in this pic between the Phantom and the red MotU knock-off

Markings (c) 1985 Sungold, which is also rather strange, I didn't manage to find anything with that either. Anyone with more knowledge here?

Darah/LLady Angora's site, is definetly the BEST place to get information on bootleg She-Ra type figures.

Also, while technically not a bootleg, you should check out the Golden Girl thread in the other forum

wow PH6, thats a GREAT find there, she's awesome! *jealous*

the jointed knees under rubber are reminiscent of Golden Girl's articulation, but the seemingly "lesser" quality of the plastic on the rest of her body surprises me...Sungold is a familiar brand to me, but I'm not sure. At first I thought It was the same company that did Butterfly woman, but I don't think that's right...I hope Jill or Darah chime in soon...

I used to have one of them, Werra as a kid, and my sister had Yfele. One of the reasons I got this figure is because I thought it looked somewhat familiar. But even though I'm colour blind, I'm not THAT blind. I don't see the design of the armor part being the same. And who made that line?

I def see similarities in the legs...it may be a figure not shown in the collection D has, i believe these are pics she has gathered from other collectors and sites, my guess is that if you see a copyright or writing or company name labeled on the figure itself we could narrow it down

Several days ago there was an auction on eBay for a figure from a line called Galaxy Heroines (which look to be a knock off of a knock off.) I believe this figure is from that line. They share similar sculpts.

Because is the only Adventure Girl I have... I posted it to show that I have a bootleg too, although I used it to make Allana character... this is really Noblest, the Galaxy Adventure Girl...

wow rhea! that does look like a knock-off of a knock-off!

my site is by no means comprehensive, though the figure in question does seem to be made by or imitated from galaxy adventure girl... though i don't have that particular doll image anywhere in my pic collection.

Was there information about year or manufacturer in the auction? Like I said before, the figure I have here is marked '1985 Sungold' on the...very low back.

sorry i'm late to the party, but i think galaxy adventure girl was made by sungold. i'm just going off old and very dusty memories tho, the best way to know for sure is to have someone with a GAG (like ulissess31) check the back and see what her tramp stamp is LOL! and wow the fugliness of that knockoff rhea posted...it will scare me back into hiding!

Hey, LadyAngora, do you know much about Goddess of Wonder? Like...how many figures, outfits, etc. was released?

I just got a girl from the series recently and I know NOTHING about her or what she's supposed to come with.

I think she's supposed to come with this star "cape" thing and a real cape with blue jewel.

Here's a picture of her in a lot I won (I'm still waiting for the seller to send the cape. I think he misplaced it.

I used to have a couple Goddess of Wonder dolls I found at a yard sale, but they mysteriously disappeared one weekend. I don't think that is a cape with a blue jewel, it is an overskirt that belongs on a princess jasmine doll from Disney's Aladin. It will however fit around a He-man figure's neck if you'd like. As far as outfits, I know of a blue, a yellow, a white, a red and a black outfit. I have most of them, but only a piece of the cape of the blue.

are you talking about the pink cape with blue jewel in your pic? Im pretty sure I have that same item but its a skirt from some disney princess dolls that are Tenko sized and shaped. It was Jasmines over skirt from her purple dress. In regards to the the other question Im sorry I do not but am also interested to know more.

edit- I didnt see rhea's comment until after I posted, hehe. BTW I love the Tenko and Disney figures that were made, I wish there were more.

By George, you guys are right! It IS from Princess Jasmine. I'm guessing the Barbie and not the 6 inch doll though:

Craziness. I thought for sure it went to the pink girl. Well, if the seller never finds it I will no longer be severely devestated.

It would still be nice as I do have both those Jasmines...naked.

P.S. I love Princess Tenko too! I remember seeing a MASSIVE wall of Tenko figures and accessories at Wal-Mart. The figures were $3 each brand new! I got the Dolphin one. Next week I went back to get another and they were ALL sold out. I was crushed and never saw them again.

Stupid mom, only letting me get one.

I still have her 100% complete though!

i am fairly certain there are four figures... but i don't know any of their names except for the purple one is Storm. there is a yellow one, a blue one, and a pink one as well.

as for the outfits, i have a picture of the black one, the red one, and the white one on my site, but i know there are more, just not sure how many more.
