    that's a good point.

sad thing tallstar's upper arms have not been used for queen marlena...

Tallstar's upper arms would be great for that puff sleeves Victorian dress look.

Except they would have looked ridiculous with the space suit. Maybe they can use them if they ever do a Marlena "refresh" down the road though.

yes, i know, but...well, the lady wears a space suit with no gloves, so maybe swappable arms could fix both thing further down the line.

for the rock warriors, i wish they'll have "rocky" add-ons and at least a meteorb each, if packed separetely.

I don't want the sculpt to suffer for the transformations but they need to look like they could become rocks. I not really need the rock or jewel forms but what else would they come with so throw them in for the fun of it.

If Jewelstar is a preview, I think I'm worried!

Seriously, we've got a lot of Rock People that would be good to see:

    • Stonedar
    • Rokkon
    • Granita
    • Facet (people forget her a lot, but she appear on She-Ra)
    • Slime Pit mini comic red rock woman ("Rockette"?)
    • Slime Pit ini comic green rock man ("Boldor"?)

The Rock People could be a whole faction like the Horde and Snake Men, but they need a lot of new members to add to their ranks and I don't know if there is support for it. We could add some of the Filmation rock guys from Eternia who didn't transform. I forget the two guys that found He-Man's sword, but they'd be cool to add to the group. Then there's Vokan of Stone City, but he looked way more humanoid.

Hmm...I usually pride myself on knowing the obscurest of the obscure characters, but I'm afraid I'm drawing a blank on Facet--what episode was she in? (I'm not doubting you at all--just want to put a face with a name.)

Facet's a rock kid who appeared relatively briefly in "The Light of the Crystal":

Right now, Matty can go two ways with Stonedar and Rokkon. The one thing that is going to happen is that they are going to have to be unique sculpts. There is no way around that issue.

The way I would go is that I would make unique figures and have them look like the vintage toys like the ones looking like the Earl Norem poster.

I would make the figure articulate and not include their transforming power, but I would have the the rock pieces on the bodies work like armor and they can be removed and put together to form the "ROCK" body.

    How about that idea?

We have a Winner! Nice work! plus that image shows that their heads could be handled like Hordaks Collar. That would work brilliantly!

as long as the Bodies are as muscular as the rest of the males.....that was a HUGE issue I had as a kid!

The snap-on rock armor would not only work well, it would be FAR cheaper to tool and produce than rock limbs and a rock buck. They could do the rock bodies, but they'd likely not do Granita as she'd need so much tooling and I don't see them making more than one rock lady.

They could do Granita in Filmation style with the rock "hair," which would help create the "rock form" when you snapped on the rock armor.

    Go. Make them, Mattel!! Now!!!

also from memory (I havent seen the Rock men for years) but Rokkon may be able to utilise Icarius's torso etc.

I guess I would be okay with that, but I still want them to have a rock form. Maybe have it where the the rock piece behind his head is on hinges so that it moves forward when the head it removed. Then make the hips/legs portion detachable, so that the uncovered torso section can be snapped into a separate rock 'base'.

That Norem poster is absolutely epic. Rokkon looks totally bad-ass in that pose. Here's hoping the FH give him that style of laser pistol. Been wanting an up-do of this figure for over a decade now. Do. The. Rock. People. NOW

Now that Granita is a genuine possibility, I'm hoping even harder these get made. They were never my absolute favorites of the line, but getting the female figure we never had back then would definitely raise their standing a good bit with me.
