Yes; DR is exactly what Mattel needs for MOTC!
Maybe Yes; DR still needs to learn the finer points of handling a collector's line.
Maybe No; I don't see how DR will satify the needs of fans (e.g. no customer service number, etc.).
No; they are only frustrating fans and will be MOTUC's downfall.
Undecided; I need to see how DR handles things for the next several months before I can decide.

Of course, I have no exact information and this may not be true, but I believe DR is the source of all the trouble fans have had with ordering.
I sure hope MOTUC succeeds, but that would be in spite of DR, not because of them.
I am undecided, but they certainly have done quite a few blunders. We'll see how it goes...
DR have a "customer service centre" near where I live so I contacted their number in the UK when I had the "ordering bug" and was told it was nothing to do with them as the Website was administered by Mattel, and it was all their fault.
So that bit of outsourcing doesn't seem to be understood by the Outsource.......
They can go to hell for that bit of buck-passing time wasting.
I think maybe yes, as long as they learn how to handle a collector's line…PACK THEM BETTER!
