So I just opened a Grizzlor I bought when first released. He has two left feet. Is this a common thing that's old news I missed? I checked in the forums and couldn't find anything. Weird.

Nope. This isnt a widespread problem. Just a crazy fluke of an error. That sucks man.

I had a Grizzlor with two left feet as well. I opened him right when I received him and had Matty send me a replacement. I also got an Adora with 2 right feet and a Tri-Klops with 2 right calves.

My Clawful reissue arrived today and I has no white paint on the exposed teeth, only black. Is this a widespread issue or will a replacement have better luck?
I have never heard about that before, probably just a fluke. I go a Mer-Man that they forgot to paint his teeth before, and that was not a widespread issue, just bad luck I guess.

They must have made that on purpose. Pretty cool huh?
It could be a way to make the figure POP, so they did it on purpose.
How do you leave something as big as one of those wings out of the package? They must need to invest on some new light bulbs in that factory or something, or maybe some new workers, or at least pay them enough to buy glasses or something, but that might make the figures go up another $5 each.

When you call, if you must call the standard number be sure to speak to a supervisor, and be respectful, but forceful. Try calling this number first though, 952-253-1234 that's the escalation department. There are others that can give you better advice than what I can give, but whatever you do, don't leave it in the hands of a low level employee. Also, at least try to get them to ship to you without you having to ship to them. For this you should have a picture of him, preferably in the package, with the paper invoice that he came with, where the information on the invoice is readable. When you're speaking with the supervisor, or whoever, send a pre-written e-mail with the pictures attched to it while you're on the phone with them, and don't let them hang up until the've opened it, and made a record of it, and let them know that you're concerned that they will run out of QC stock before the process is complete, so you'd like for them to send your replacment out first. Hope this helps, and good luck. Really push for them to ship first, but if they refuse several times, get Draego shipped out immediately before they run out of QC stock.

Looking for a reasonable price for Fangman and maybe king He-man and Strobo.
And when you call the number for the escalation department (never, ever bother with the Matty number unless you enjoy self-torture), hit "0" when they give you the options, or you get sent back to Matty. A kind soul gave me that advice on these boards and doing so did, indeed, take me to DR itself.

I really feel sorry for you...
I honestly don't understand how something as big as one of Draego-Man's wings can be "forgotten" during the packaging process !
I wish you luck, Mossman... and I hope they'll send you another Draego-Man. He is such an awesome figure that it would personally turn me into "psychopath mode" if I was not able to get a complete Draego-Man !
If you have the money, buy one off someone here. Sending it back, getting it back is a pit of a process.
