Here is my humble collection.

From Classic Heman, NA, POP, MYP2002, all variants, all store exclusives, soundtracks, R2 complete collection (+ all 2002 comics together binded)

edit: + the best of Heman that I forgot I had on another shelve

what's that thing that looks like a leatherbound book?

edit: i assumed it wasn't a book because you're showing a dvd collection, but if it is a book, what is it?

ok, this collection is just insane! Wow, question..............Sam's Club exclusive is just like the first pic of the best buy exclusive in your last pic just without the continuing mural spine, correct? I'm trying to figure out if the sets on ebay with that pic on the front are the best buy exclusives because they don't say, maybe I should ask to see the spine I guess,

I know this is an old thread, and I know that demiscy said this wasn't worth it, I have about 12 copies of the "clamshell" edition of the Best of He-Man (the regular DVD case, no art cards) that I'd be willing to sell for $7, US shipping included. If interested, PM for details.

On the 24th of June Australia will be getting "Complete Collections" of the vintage show. (We already have the same half season sets as the US)

How are you getting them? I though BCI owned the rights and they went out of business? Is Mattel selling the rights to those?

BCI guy could prolly answer this better, but my understanding is that the DVD's are distributed in Australia by an Aussie company called Madman. And Madman, after releasing the half season sets have decided to release complete series sets. (the DVD contant will be the same at the existing sets)

by the way, I know that the Australian DVD releases got different art-cards. At least 2. Does anyone know which sets have different art-cards inside?

What 200x set is that that completes the spine art? Is it exclusive to anywhere? I guess I have to go get that to finish off the art,does anyone know if it comes with the same 6 art cards as the single sets? or would it be worth it to keep the indivdual vol`s?

The He-Man group shot is an Australian promo postcard. It wasn't available with any set. It was free... (if you could find it..)
Teela and the Sorceress card is from S1 V2. It's card "1 of 2 of an Australian Exclusive."
And Skeletor and Faker are from S2 V1. It's card "2 of 2 of an Australian Exclusive."

It makes me sad to see our favorite cartoon dvd sets disappear one by one.Here is a list I just made based on Amazon's stock.

Best of He-man - not available any more
Christmas Special - not available any more
Secret of the Sword - Barebones - not available any more
The Best of She-ra plus the SOTS - Only 3 Available

He-man S1 VOL1 - Temporarily out of stock (before it disappears completely)
He-man S1 VOL2 - Usually ships within 7 to 10 days.
He-man S2 VOL1 - not available any more
He-man S2 VOL2 - Usually ships within 6 to 9 days.

He-man N.A. VOL1 - not available any more
He-man N.A. VOL2 - one left in stock

She-ra S1 VOL1 - Temporarily out of stock
She-ra S1 VOL2 - Usually ships within 6 to 10 days.
She-ra S2 - Usually ships within 7 to 11 days.

He-man 2002 VOL1 - IN STOCK
He-man 2002 VOL2 - Temporarily out of stock.
He-man 2002 VOL3 - IN STOCK

For the sets temporarily out of stock, it is pretty obvious that there are impossible to be retrieved from the mother company since it doesn't exist anymore. And the sets that ship within * to * days they are bound to be "out of stock soon".. It's inevitable in these cases due to the company issue.

I really hope, every true fan already got or gets a chance to buy these sets at a logical price because once these babies go "poof", eBay will be hell for them and their pockets..

Thanks for sharing the pics - I was really curious what these sets were gonna look like. After seeing them though, I think I'd rather save up and spend the extra cash on the individual season sets.
