Panic over for another month. My sub stuff arrived today, free of customs charges.

Just a few weeks and the worry can begin again...

Well there's a kick in the nuts to end the working week on, a ransom note for £12.98 for my sub.
Still no word on my second Shadow Beast and if he is being held hostage.
If I get stung by customs for HSSSSS and BA Skelie I am going to have to reconsider the sub. Just gettin too expensive. Especially with the goverment squeezing every last drop out of us.
    As Ron Simmons would say........Damn!

Sorry to hear that Woodland Warrior. My sub turned up today in Dundee with no fees thank god! I wasn't expecting Shadow Beast to be so huge!

That charge seems to small for the sub figures. I suspect it's for your single Shadow Beast.

Either way, it's remarkably fast customs clearance considering stuff is still arriving that hasn't been through the customs system.

Bloody hell that was quick. Good for you.
If you don't mind me asking, how much do you pay for this teleportation delivery service?

I believe my imprisoned figures are waiting for me at the post office as I got a postie card through the door when I was in the shower (bloody typical!).
I'll finally get my Shadow Beasts and He-Ro's new life partner in 4 hours.

Just in case anyone didn't realise, this month's figures are already on sale! I bagged an extra King Hiss and BA Skelly. Still no sign of last months non-sub parcel though.

Don't worry Switcha, I just got a randsome note for my non sub Shadow Beast today. So non subs are indeed rather slower for whatever reason!

Glad I didn't want anything not in the Sub this moth. I didn't realize the clocks had already changed in the US so I could have missed out if I did want something.

Popped down and collected my Feb sub stuff and second Shadowbeast this afternoon.
Turns out that I had only been charged a customs fee on my non sub Shadowbeast because some idiot had written the value as $40. Then the Royal Mail decided to hold on to my white mailer bag with Bow etc as well. Despite it being a separate parcel, having shipped 2 days later and having no fees to pay. Doesn't sound right to me. Swines.

Anyway, the figures are all awesome. Really surprised how cool Bow is.

Can't wait to see what Royal Mail has up its sleeve for Hssss and Skellie!

Still waiting for last months stuff, missed out on a spare Hiss because our bloody ISP was down so will have to go the irritating route of the secondary market for him and a second Shadow Beast.

Ordered an Adora, Lyn, and BA Skelley all separately in the hope of avoiding customs.

Do people think that ordering every item individually works out cheaper?
It seems customs generally work out more costly than the saving you make having things shipped together?

    Hey woodland,
I pay $45 for fast shipping (but it also let's me stalk my figs! It says "tracking" but let's be honest, it's more like "stalking" lol)
BUT I also got stung for £21 for customs! (bad! Bad custom people! No! NO!)
hope this helps! (sorry about late reply!)

wow - that's really fast! (and expensive!) ...

what i don't understand is that they charged me a week before the figures went on sale, and then i get my shipping notice 2 days after the matty sale date has passed ...

something's just not right there! ... they should be shipping my figures the day before the sale date at least ...

not a massive moan or anything, just another 'logistics' mystery! ... it hits home with me i guess because i work in the transport industry, and i know how it should work! ...

Still haven't had my Feb sub...although the extra Shadow Beast I ordered turned up a few days ago. I'll give it another week before I start getting agitated.
