O.k. ... but I don't think it's fair to criticize a whole organisation based on one persons opinion - as you put it, there's apparantly ''lazy'' people working there - my experience with Royal Mail has been a pretty positive one over the years, so I find it a bit tactless to dismiss the whole MOTUC delivery issue as being the result of ''lazy'' workers at Royal Mail ... after all, I'm a strong believer in that if you want something delivering fast or ahead of usual economy/international/standard delivery times - then you should be willing to pay extra for that service - be it action-figures or anything else ... it's just the way it works ... yes, it doesn't always go to plan or arrive when you expected it too - but it's wrong to suggest that delivery services do this on purpose or because they are incompetent ... I'm sure you wouldn't like somebody denouncing your field of work based on a very small example ...
Us U.K. fans should be willing to wait for shipments from Mattel ... even though they seem to be a bit hit-and-miss across the board ... however, in the same breath I fully understand that it must be a little disheartening to have waited for nearly a month for a figure to arrive to find it has bad paint apps or other damages ...

Perhaps someone could start up a separate European thread that is not just about whether we have received our figures yet or not? But more about the general European shipping experience, instead.
