I support it being made in sections, so it will start out smallish, but will become quite huge over a few years.
I want one as well, and yes, I want it to be huge, or at least in proper scale to the figures (i.e. similar to how the original was scaled to the original figures or bigger). Hopefully not smaller like they've elected to go with Zoar, Screeech, and Tytus.

They could make playsets and it wouldn't be as expensive for them as a lot of collectors think.
