"New Adventures" for MotU Classics Support Thread

Ok folks this thread is just to show the world that we want the "New Adventures" figures too in this line, because they deserve it. It is also cool the fact that for the first time all the characters (80's and NA) are sharing the same canon and can be displayed toghether with no size problems

I wouldn't specifically MIND NA stuff... I'd just like it to be more in-line with the original filmation canon. He-Man and Skeletor looking more like themselves, primarily. I can deal with new outfits and all... But I fail to see any reason why their body types or faces should change dramatically.

Not a big fan of the NA Series. Honestly, I hate it! I hate them scientist!

But if the NA characters ever do get made for the MOTUClassic line in the same version as they are now, then oh yeah! I'll buy a few!

I do like some of the figures. Optikk, Sagitar, Tuskador and even Quakke.

Well, we know they're coming. It's been stated they'll be bringing out POP & NA characters next year.

I'm not a fan of the NA He-man & skeletor, but the rest of them, bring them on!! the more the merrier.

I absolutely want NA characters in this line. It's as much MOTU as anything else.

For those that aren't fans, I really recommend checking out Jack Olesker's thread on the New Adventures forum here at the .Org. He was the writer for much of the series, and his insight is really interesting.

The cartoon is well-written. People get stuck on Skeletor's voice or the animation because they're so different, but if you look at the story by itself, it's really good. And I love the continuity of it. It was all one giant story that fit together rather than a bunch of random episodes.

About time this thread was created. I guess people didn't think it was needed since NA characters are coming sometime in 2010.

I think the 4H will really give the NA characters something that they really needed in 1989--great looking figures that fit in with MOTU.

At this point I am pretty sure that we will get at least He-Man and Skeletor in NA version. I mean, MOTUC is doing very well and it will probably last long enough for these two to appear.

If it lasts longer, we will also get other NA fan favorits such as Optikk or Slushhead and a few others.

This is where it gets tricky though! If the line is still strong after that (a few years from now) the movie will probably come out, and the line would be, sort of, rebooted. So, other NA (and probably PoP) characters would be on hold and would be released only if the movies advance that much.

I've never seen a NA episode, but I fully support NA characters in this line. I know the Fouor Horsemen are going to make them look amazing, and I don't want to miss out on that. Plus, they'll LOOK like they BELONG in a He-Man line. How can anyone pass that up?

I support this fully. I really want NA versions of He-Man and Skeletor, along with Optikk, Flogg, Slushhead, Flipshot, etc etc. Many of these would make great Classics figures, IMO.

I can't wait to finally have big, chunky NA figs instead of the skinny old ones. Although I did enjoy playing with the originals, I couldn't use them alongside my MOTU toys.

My favourites were definitely Kalamarr & Optikk.

Indeed, how can they? I know I can't. Has anyone photoshopped up a MotUC He-man yet?

I am looking foward to NA figures. I have a higher interest in NA figures then I do with POP figures.

Personally I would like the see the Mutant's the most Especially Optikk and Slush Head. I would also in some way like to see my favorite NA figure, Sagitar, done somehow. Since he is pretty big I would guess build a figure.

Big fan, can't wait! However, I WANT them to look like thier original figures, if they can do it. NA Skelly and He-Man were some of my favorites!

A million times yes! NA needs some love. This is such an under-explored part of the fandom and it really is very good. If you go into the NA world with an open mind im sure theres something for everyone.

If they are in scale with MOTUC then I don't have a problem. I would be interested in what a NA He-man and Skeletor would look like.
