Wow, with some mods that Doomseeker would actually make a pretty spiffy looking bird head for a figure! MotUC Gargons or whatever they're called, those bird guys from the episode A Tale of Two Cities.

Yep, I just tried that...it looks pretty natural. Since there is a "Kronis" head forthcoming, maybe at some point they can do a "Trydor" head from before his blinding accident.

Leo is the company that releaesed the mattel masters of the universe vintage figures in india. Like Top Toys in Argentina. Leo's version of Skeletor had a darker body than the mattel release. There should be pics of Leo Skeletor in other forums.

Not really a custom just doing some head and armor swapping for fun. I already put them back to normal.

I wouldn't say wrong forum, MotUC mix and match have been always been posted here, and this is just Skeletor's head, armor and weapons on Webstor's body, right?

Hey, cool! I was thinkin of doing a LEO Skelly too, but when the reissue came out. Never thought of using a Webstor. Brilliant & looks great. He-Man At Arms is awesome too!

Here's another fun head & armor swap, if you just changed out the boots, you would have a pretty quick Blue Hordak:

For a more advanced change you could also change out his forearms, and paint the ends of his forearms blue to match.
