New custom hands for Mer-Man, nothing major, I used Khan hands and painted them to match Mer-Man, so now I can have 2 real hands instead of the 3-fingered card back hands, featuring the Jazz hand always waving HI!. I still have the original hands put up for safe keeping to aways have a complete unaltered Mer-Man.

I thought it to be a slight tweak that did nothing to damage the figure, I just swapped hands, and painted them to match. And the end result I like much better, now all I need is a second armor to cut the horns off of, and a Filmation head to go with it....if I can find an extra head from Mer-Man or Stinkor, from someone I'll work on it in my spare time.

I got me a couple of Kosse heads and I want to show them off!



Here's Clawful... I don't really hate the original Clawful that we got, and this one sits up a little high on the head. Makes him look like he has a weak chin. I don't know if this is as much of an improvement as I thought it was, but it is a really great head.



Battle Armor Faker is gotten dinged up a fair bit over the course of his battles. Perfect way to gussy up a BASkelly if you don't want to display two Skeletors on one shelf.



Oh no! Which one is the real fake Faker? I swapped their boots so BA has the boots and original has duckfeets. Maybe one's a robot and one's a magical construct. I don't know. I have an idea to get a Duncan head in Faker colors and put that on a Keldor or Faker body with a repaint of MAA's armor. His name will be Mentir, which is Spanish for "to lie", and it's close to Mentor, which is Duncan's role to Adam. Mentir, the Sham-At-Arms!



This will be Karak Nul. I had this idea before Kevin and Rock Vivien announced their version of Nul, but I like mine better. I don't know if I'll procure another Marzo armor for his upper body, or just repaint all the Dekker gear.



And obviously these are not Kosse customs, but this is how I'm currently displaying my guards. Old Man Dekker and his son. I don't know his son's name yet.

That's a good idea, displaying the young head on a Guard body as Dekker's son.

Regarding the Clawful head, could you dremel it out a little so that it sits down on the body a bit more? Is it plastic or resin?

This. I have one myself and it's infinitely better when it sits lower.

You do need to do some dremelling or hollowing out somehow though.

I contacted Kevin directly last year about my (his) Zodak unhelmeted head not fitting on the peg and if I should dremel it, he said I should use a hobby knife to carve it out. I did this and now it fits great. Hope this helps.

Hadley, I actually like taht head for Karak Nul much better. The other one reminds me too much of Sloth from Goonies.
