That is a very nice looking figure using the Dittz and Icarius...very nice....maybe without the cannon....

Please... Karatti body with Trap Jaw head, arms, armor and belt!

That's impossible without heavily modifying the figure. The arms don't pop off from the Karatti figure. As well as the belt won't fit because it's not the original (slim) buck underneath.
I did one as close as possible though, number 1 here.

Also did some others, amongst them Force Captain Adora.

I really like that Catra look. Very cool Haradrel.

That is a very nice looking figure using the Dittz and Icarius...very nice....maybe without the cannon....

One problem is that he has a flesh colored hand. It kind of ruins it. Fun thing though, Icarius' blue matches the face almost perfectly.

Well he's there in the first picture. I'm sure someone can make a re-paint and crack open the torso to swap the arms, but I'm not ruining my figure for that lol.

Heh! Someone got the reference!

I've been at it again.

Castle Grayskullman is notorious for being hard to mix&match, but I figured an almost shrivelled up slush-head that's been out of the water too long, it kind of works.
Second one here is Keldor being afflicted by some dark magic or something. Fine it's a real simple swap with Fang man lol, but the colors match!
Third we have a different take on Trap Jaw.


But I'm not done there, not by a long shot!
These are all named on the picture, note on the Horde Emissary, I kind of picture him being like the Ori from Stargate;

Not really a mix&match to a great degree as it is using a custom created head and another head as an accessory.
I'm sure many people have already thought of this, especially those that have the same custom head for Sir Laser Lot.

Also had some fun with a full laserized body.
And one effect shot where Laser lot obviously has laserized a certian Horde member by knocking on his head with the mace, it kind of works actually.

Awhile back, my 1st Hordak took a shelfdive and his leg snapped off. Around the same time, the left wrist on my Sir Lancelot twisted off. However, by combining those two figures, along with Horde Prime's second head and some weapons pak weapons, I came up with this nifty Horde General. I really dig him.

You put a Hordak head on that figure and you are close to a Filmation HordaK!
