I have to be honest...I tried it and was like they look too much alike (I'm not big on variants). So I actually left TG head on with face mask!

To be honest I don't like the Palace Guard thing...I got a loose one for his parts, and other than painting the buck a different color...I only have a few loose to mix and match, and nothing I have goes with the green body suit...so I decided to go with a younger MAA with the parts I had left...I did want to equip Faker with the Palace Guard armor....but once I got it all on him...it didn't look right, and I didn't like the TG head, or the cat head much..so there he is, a Pre Man-At-Arms Duncan.

I was going to also paint the boot feet & loin cloth the Filmation redish brown...so I could swap back and forth to a FIlmation Duncan...I still might, because I wouldn't need the leg armor, because the Skeletor boots / Shin guards, look enough like Duncans boots already, the feet just need to be painted.

But I did modify the leg armor to fit over the Keldor boot better and tighter, and it can still be used over the fur boots and fit tight.

The only thing I'd give to that Skeletor is the shin guards from regular Skeletor to break up the color a little bit.

Yeah, I would love to do that, but because Demo-Man doesn't have the boot swivel on his shins I have no idea how to make it work (without using paint or cutting him up).

I suppose you could heat and pop yourself off some Whiplash upper shins, if it's close enough in color to fake it. That's a lot of work and 3 whole figures to make just one, though.

I think he looks awesome as-is! That's such a simple clever idea that I wouldn't have thought of.

Yes, I just took a knife and cut a straight slit in the back. Give them a tug and they pull right off. I don't like having the permanent slit in the back, but they stay in place and fit snugly enough that it's not much of an issue.

Soaking the trunks in HOT water to soften them and then using a LOT of elbow grease, you can swap the trunks without cutting them.
