Teela's staff color (gold, brown, brown/gold, other)

let me know your vote / thought on MotUC Teela's golden staff:

Which staff-color would you prefer?

P.S.: As for me: I would want more brown parts.
Maybe brownish (= wooden) pole with golden snake on top?

I went Gold, although I almost went for Brown/Gold, but I wanted a Gold Staff since I first saw her on the 8 backs 26 years ago!

So much so that 15 years ago I 'Customed' my spare Teela to have gold accessories!

I like the idea of the staff being brown, but think it may be a lil TOO brown, I like that the proto seems to have a band of brown just under the Snake head anyway, its subtle! Id like a lil Gold on the shield actually.

I always thought it should be red, like in the classic figure.

Even the mini-comics had 'em red! Same shade as the armor and shield.

I agree, I think it should be red like the original figure. Although it doesn't matter much to me, I think it looks great as is.

I think the all gold looks fine...but that’s not the question. I think I would have preferred "BROWN pole & GOLDEN snake on top"

I'm not overly fussed either way, as they both look good.

I guess I'd go for brown (a la vintage figure), but with gold to bring out the detailing.

The vintage figure's staff was not brown. It was red, just like her shield and snake armor.

Yeah, sort of a maroon color, just like Battle Cat's saddle and vintage He-Man's boots.
