In all seriousnes, there are a few characters beyond the typical requests that I would love to have an actionfigure of:

Celice (Song of Celice) - since she has no accessories, she could come with a miniscale model of Castle Grayskull (with working jawbridge)
Mallek (Wizard of Stone Mountain) - should definetly include a second head with the likeness of actor John F. Carroll
Queen Elmora (She-Demon of Phantos) - aside from the obvious second demon-head, some phantonium weapons could be included as accessories
Alisha and Miguel (Christmas Special) - no kidding! I would love to have this set of the most annoying kids in the show ever! Why? Because they would simply be perfect gifts for my own children and an excuse to finally start playing MOTUC with my kids. Manchine dog could be included. And Skeletors "happy" face.
Starchild (The Starchild) - Same reason as above.
Aran and Una (Masks of Power) - Might be a deluxe set, since they would also need all the pieces to make Deemos and Terella: 2 new heads, 2 new dresses and 2 separate masks. And all the other accessories shown in that episode.
Melaktha (various episodes) - Might be a second row character and not really important to the lore, but his job in the royal palace makes him an interesting character, and with him being an archaeologist, he could come with a plethora of artifacts as accessories.

Also i'm only listing characters with over ten votes with the exception of Nepthu to show his demand (or lack there of). I do believe the votes are a little off as Toy Guru stated in the opening post about the obvious choices Lizard Man and some others. Also i counted all votes for Hawke/Delora as one. I also believe that Evilseed and King Miro would score considerably higher if it weren't for there MYP versions having been available all along.
