Honestly there is so many great Masters and PoP characters that either never were made or really need more faithful filmation roots its hard to only pick a few.

Shokoti and Dree Elle stick out. Those horde woman and creatures that never came to be would be an absolute dream. Seahawk could really be badass with the whole sailor pirate vibe. Granamyr, drool. This thread has so many great ones listed I would do everything in my power for the first time in this line to buy multiples to get my friends and family hooked.

The Melog (From Busta Toons He-Man & She-Ra blog

Gbagok had an idea of updating the melog concept (that was originally summoned by shadow weaver and absorbed She-Ra's powers to the idea that Shadow Weaver steals She-Ra's shadow and creates a character called Shade from it. I really think something similar to this would work as an update of the melog concept (IMO).

Lord Masque and Shokoti ....like other members, a most wish and they belong together IMO

But seriously, ALL Horde members are good. Filmation POP style charcaters too! Skeletor's "toon" only villains (Fang Man, Strogarm, Icer, Gen. Tataran) are a must! Garth, Malik, Sea Hawk, Shokoti, Lord Masque, Dark Dream and Evilseed (filamtion style) are a GO! Mortella looks good too!
