While uploading images I got this error message:
: Something bad happened while saving the file (), please try to upload it again.
: Something bad happened while saving the file (), please try to upload it again.
: Something bad happened while saving the file (), please try to upload it again.
Changes Saved : Your Changes have been saved.
And it wont save the last 3 images
Doesn't appear to be due to resolution nor the file size.

Not a problem just a question:

Are we ever going to get anymore character smilies for the site?<--Example

I mean MOTUC is popular right know and I wish we could have smilies of Webstor, Adora, and Scareglow to add to our posts? Do you need permisson from Mattel to make these? If not, then is the problem that it takes money to make more of these, because if it is I can always donate to the .org a couple of bucks.

It be nice to at least cover the characters we have/will have in MOTUC that aren't already offered!

    Thank you for your time.

Wun-Dar (in the toy-section) is missing the "Upload Packaging Images" link.

    IMPORTANT UPDATE:
The 20 Images upload limit has been REMOVED and now the site is back to normal!
Everyone that need to upload more than 20 images for each page can now complete their entries!

Also, we've raised the filesize limit for audio and video to 65Mb and for pics to 5Mb!

Thank you everyone for the patience, hopefully from now on issues will be solved much faster!

When that happens, it means is in the approval queue or is an empty entry waiting to be delated. Unless there are packaging images in the approval queue, it will reappear soon

When it does that it means the images are still too large or there is a problem with that specific file.
Can you email them to me?

the headlines box on the main page is only showing one headline and clicking on the other buttons does nothing. not sure if this is a bug or if the other headlines have simply been erased and not replaced with anything

Ironically the only headline that comes up is the one saying how the bugs on the site have been fixed.
"How I loathe heroes! Always getting in the way and acting so... so... heroic!"

    Hi Emiliano,
since yesterday I get a network error if I try to upload content (e.g. audio files in She-Ra UK Pickwick section):

    "Network Error (tcp_error)

    A communication error occurred: ""
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

For assistance, contact your network support team."

Is this already a known problem?

    Best regards,
    RED

Was it a one time thing?
Or does it happen every time you do it?

We altered some configuration stuff recently, so something may need to be jiggled if it's still doing it.

    Hi Val,
it happens everytime I try it. Changes of texts are possible, but uploading of files or images is not possible. I always get this network error.

    Regards,
    RED

Okay, so this must be due to some server changes we did in the past few days.
We were all expecting some issues, so we're not too worried
Now that we know where the problems are arising, we'll have them fixed.
Just out of curiosity, I've seen magazines pics by you yesterday, so is the image upload in that section working?

    Hi Emiliano,
no, I tried to upload images for the Italian Team dell'avventura magazine no. 21. But the images are not there and the page is currently locked.

My bad I am using Firefox. I gave up on chrome when it lost its spell check and I forget I switched back. Has anything changed with this website the last 7-10 days to give me an idea why I cant surf it anymore with Firefox? I flushed my dns. I have 35 tabs with firefox, no other site gives me that message. thanks

We changed some stuff on the server in the last week.
But, it affects the entire site.

Can you access any of the Org in Firefox?

Site loads fine it is just when I click on anything I get a white page with this message:
The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
    Please try again later.

Guess I am only one mentioning this? Not quite ready to uninstall/reinstall, do the whole bookmarks and saved data over again but I suppose that would be high on the suggestion list.

The exact same thing is happening with me. I am using firefox. This is one of the few threads, that I can access. Almost all of the threads in the Motuc forums come up as " The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later. ". I have cleared my cache and it did not help.
