I'll take anything, but I'd like Horde Troopers and Palace Guards the most.

I'm guessing the first two pack will be Palace Guards because they already have the heads made.

But maybe they'll surprise us and it'll be Horde Troopers !

I'm thrilled about the confirmation of army builder 2-packs!!!
I sincerely hope they will be released with 2 of the same identical characters in 1 packaging, otherwise I couldn't call them armybuilders.

I would get 3 packs of 6 Horde Troopers in total for sure!
At least 1 pack with 2 Royal Palace Guards would be awesome!
Around 2 packs with 4 Lizard Men would be great!
Depending on the price tag of these I might get a few Skeleton Warriors and Generic Snakemen as well...
But Horde Troopers are at the top of my list with the Royal Palace Guards as a close 2nd

bamf1980 mentioned Twiggets as well!
I love to see the Twiggets, but they would be more suited for multipacks instead of Armybuilder packs because they are all seperate characters instead of a "faceless" army XD

Like Kafos mentioned, I really hope Matty will release the more realistic and accurate Stratos with the beastman feet and perhaps with an added Avion staff! That would totally rock! XD

I am guessing if we are getting an army 2-pack.. that it would be a Horde Trooper considering the releases of Hordak and Adora. Well at least I hope that is what they are anyhow.. cause I always wanted a little army of them as a kid!

Hmmm, maybe these will only be 30 seeing as how Battlecat will be aroudn that price, I'd say that royal guards are a definite go-ahead since they already have all the makings with MAA, new heads and perhaps armor to complete the other side would be all they needed (then you could finally have a filmation-accurate MAA!) , but I'd love to see any of the 200X races repressented, as well as bone warriors and horde troopers. I'm not too big on army building, but two packs of each would satisfy me, I'm usually content with as many as four "troops" and one leader, like with the 25th joes I have 4 troops and one officer, as an example. I'd love to have 4 royal guards and MAA as their leader, or 4 avion warriors with Stratos leading them, etc...

I never thought we'd ever get these. Obviously I'd want Horde Troopers most of all. And Eternian Soldiers and Skelly army builders (either robots or skeleton warriors).

I also think a neat idea for the Avion 2 pack would be a male and a female warrior.

I wonder.. I think in the art book somewhere it is shown a picture of one of those wolf/yeti like creatures from the 200x series.. I forgot their name at the moment. I wonder if we could end up with a 2 pack of them?

Horde Troopers and Palace Guards. Generic Snake-Men don't seem to hold the same prestige as Horde Troopers and Palace Guards, especially outside of the super-devoted He-Fan. For big creatures like Shadow Beasts, I think it'd be fine to offer them as singles and just let people order multiples if they are so inclined.

I know they have not came out and said they are making horde troopers yet but they said they will be making 2 packs of army builders so I can only assume they will make the evil horde troopers.. I LOVED THE HORDE TROOPERS and I am going to buy at least 10 (5 packs) of these.. I super cant wait for these.. They are out doing them selfs with all these announcments of figs coming out.. I never dreamed it would or could be this awesome!! Good job Matty!!

The two-pack announcement is fantastic news. I about hopped out of my chair at the panel when I saw that! I will surely get at least two of any two-pack army-builder Mattel cranks out for this line.

Hopefully, soldiers will have differing heads when it makes sense (perhaps a black Eternian guard packed with a white one? Or whatever, just to change the faces up a bit!)

Definitely Horde Troopers, Royal Guards, Bone Warriors, Snakemen two-packs. Beyond that, maybe Modulok and Multi-Bot so you can combine a ton of parts together? Not sure what other army builders I'd want, I'd have to see what the Horsemen would come up with.

I think a vast majority of people here myself included want Horde Troopers. But I would also love palace guards, snake men and robot knights.

this post is best. with all the attacking and defending going on, who is there to even attack and defend? we're getting a king randor at the end of the year, but what good will it be to have a king without a kingdom to rule over? villagers (as boring as they may sound in an action figure line) are a must. in fact, a villager set is really the only one i'd buy.
