I'm a MOC collector, so troop builders are not a necessity to me, although if I had the extra cash for 2 packs, I would buy a Palace Guard set, a set of the Snake Men, in green and blue, although the orange & yellow look cool.

Just to have a set of each of those, I would buy it, and depending on what else is in the Snake Men month, I may get just them.
Recent....Foe Men, Karatti & Spirit of Hordak
    Coming....
Wanted....Filmation Hordak & Clawful, Seahawk, Castaspella, Batros & Icer
    Considering....Mosquitor, Leech
    Needed....Dragstor, Mantenna,Two Bad & Attack Trak

What kind of army builder character should Skeletor's and Hordak's "teams" have?

The Snake Men obviously are getting Snake Men (Duh). Someday, I think it'd be cool if all factions had army-building characters. But I've been thinking that if there was a troop-character for the Evil Warriors (and I know I've heard skeleton warriors suggested, but that idea's never wowed me) what would it be? And maybe for the Evil Horde they can release a two-pack of the the Horde Trooper in the body shape similar everyone else, and give them little variations in weapons, armor, and accessories?

It just seems like every faction should have troops or "fodder" (a joke) to strengthen their numbers, have big battles, and act as punching bags for opposing factions. So in the spirit of the Snake Men's Snake Men (haha) and the Eternian Palace Guards who or what should the remaining two evil factions have for troops?

    Thanks!

It's too bad we can't get movie characters like skeletor's army. I always wished they'd release them when I was a kid.

These figures reworked by the 4H might look pretty cool!

I think now that they have the rights, I would say Hover Robots for Skeletor's army builders. Especially if they tie in their "backstory" with Rotar & Twistoid, it would make all of them more interesting!
As for Horde, just give me the basic classic Horde Trooper set. I have no need for the MYP flashback troopers or the Filmation nautical ones.

    1. Horde Troopers
    2. Skeletor's Filmation Robots (4 pack due to size)
    3. Clawful's Crabmen
    4. Rock People (tooling can be applied to Rokkon and Stonedar a la Snake-Men: Rattlor)

As for Hordak's Wraiths (Male Shadow Weavers): Maybe they can be a 3 pack since we saw them as a 3 man unit and instead of selling him indiviually, pack three and save us the trouble.

Skelecons great. Something I realized though is that I technically want Horde Troopers as a single carded monthly release. I cant imagine wanting Troopers different in any way, and that was the cool thing with the Guards. All the choices. But with troopers, I dont need a 2 pack to get 2. I'd be happy with two exact same guys.

Skelecons could be cool with a 2 pack, thoguh again, I'd be fine with 2 exact same guys, thusly a waste for a 2 pack. A good two pack should have obvious differneces built in, with some similarities.

Definitely mate. Horde Troopers should be a single card release just like the vintage figure. I'll buy several anyway but I just want one MOC like the vintage one.

Skelecons could also be a single card release with two heads for the two different style of horns, or even just one head with interchangeable horns might be even better. I love the bone sword the Skelecons have.

    Multi-Packs

If they do wind up doing multi-packs and such on Matty for more obscure MOTUC figures or whatnot, there's one I think would be brilliant:

    an MO2K multipack featuring:

MO2K-style Sorceress, Lord Prahvus, and Oediphus

And they were even featured in a key episode of MYP so it could even be an episode-centric multi-pack!

You have no idea how badly I want Lord Prahvus and Oediphus, so this would totally work for me.

This is the kind of 3-pack that might work but still is a big question mark. I would love it though MUCH more then those fighting fart men.

    I want them too!!!!!!!!!

But in this case, I'm not talking about an in-sub pack.

I'm talking about once the annual sub thing has passed, as Scott discussed on RGD.
