I'm not a super big fan of Filmation variants of existing figure, but I want to play too.
Filmation Ram-Man - He could really be done with a new head scuplt that has eyes that are more open. Now, if one wanted to do him as a 2-for-1 he could be Filmation head/face but card back coloring so there could be head swaps to create a preferred Ram-Man.
Filmation Leech - preferably with a closed mouth. Again this would pretty much be a head redeco, possibly a second shoulder guard.
There are none that I really feel passionate about for the third choice. I think Filmation Evil-Lyn, Clawful, & Multi-bot are reasonable choices as is Horde Tung Lashor... yeah, for #3 I'll go with Horde Tung Lashor, more Horde symbols are always good. He's not made yet, so he's a speculative variant.

I'd have chosen Multi-Bot but he hasn't been released yet. I would MUCH prefer the Filmation multi-bot to the vintage toy since I already have that version.

Hordak (as either Battleground - combining him with Buzz-Saw or as a reanimation after being killed)
Clawful (using bcrduke's idea)
and I guess Multi-Bot (but with the vintage toy pieces as well).
Other variants that I would like are:
Count Marzo - because it is such a different look from the 200X version that we got
Tung Lashor - but after the vintage/200X version
Evil Seed - again I would like both Filmation & 200X versions possibly done like Queen Marlena/Captain Glenn.
