Who is your guess for the previously unavailable character?

According to this post by Emiliano a previously unavailable character (due to supposed Filmation origins proven false) is now a candidate for the MOTUC line. His mention of "her" and "not Shadow Weaver" narrows it down quite a bit.

SO, who do YOU think it is?
Uncle Montork has returned from Trolla!

ADORA seems like the most logical choice.

I'm going to say Octavia. They've already said that when they make Adora she will have a new outfit, so I think that rules out her Filmation attire.

I would say it's Scorpia, personally. She just comes to mind as the more logical character.

All I will say is that every female Princess of Power character designed by Mattel has rooted hair.

I'm hoping it's Octavia, so that's who I'm going with.

I would prefer that it was Scorpia, but I have a feeling that it may in fact be Octavia. The roted hair thing makes sense to me... Unless, maybe Scorpia's original design had hair? Nah, I think it's Octavia.
Not to sound like a creepy cheerleader for Uki, but it's nice to know there is at least one person on this forum who is extremely positive & friendly all the time. I don't think I could be that nice even if you paid me. If we ever give out awards for "forum member of the month", Uki gets my vote. -Mr. Shokoti

Well, that would a clue if by POP character I meant someone designed for the POP toy line... but what if the character was originally designed for MOTU and appeared in the POP cartoon? (so no rooted haird?)

Coolness. Thanks for the tidbit Emiliano.

Though I'm puzzled, as to why the majority of options are bad guys... since I don't read Emiliano's first quote to indicate it to be either good or evil.

    I'll venture with Mermista

I think that character is Granita. I can see her being part of the MOTU brand.
Ever since I saw her as a kid I thought that there was going to be a toy of her. It feels as if they had designed three rock people from the start but only released two. Even a rock lady showed up in the mini comics.

I could be wrong but I feel Granita could have been designed as a toy first.

I agree with Granita - I feel like I've read she was supposed to be the third figure from the Rock People, but Mattel thought a 3 would be too much.

    Granita would make Jewelstar redundant.

I'm thinking Granita as well, there's female rock people in the mini comics, one of them could have had a name and figure planned

If Mattel had already designed a female character that transforms into a rock, then why not produce this figure instead of designing another female character that transforms into a rock?

The only POP figure I really want is Madame Razz!

Because Granita could have been designed for MOTU not POP but ended up in the POP show.

Granita was in the back of my mind since I read the original thread. It would be really cool if it was her because I felt really empty as a kid after finding out that she didn't get made. I'm totally all for her.

    Long Live Granita!

I'm going to say Scorpia. Hordak would have needed a female to be part of his gang. Scorpia looks like she could have fit he Teela/Evil Lyn mold the best. Even when I first saw her I thougt Scorpia looked like part of the MOTU line.
