Howabout a Teela month where we celebrate Teela's appearance in MOTUC by posting Pre-Filmation mini-comic or DC Comic pages of her in celebration? Zoar can play too!

That "Magic Lens" got me thinking... I remember seeing it in "The Terror of Tri-Klops" and I'm sure there are more times when Skeletor uses it in other Mini-Comics. With Skeletor being able to watch whatever he pleases at any given time (like a true sorcerer), He-Man couldn't even have his Prince Adam alter ego because Skeletor would find out in a heartbeat!

Thats pretty cool, I must confess when I saw her in the package like that I thought "why didn't they put her spear in her hand?" now it makes perfect sense. Great nod to the mini-comic.

Yup. But not for quite awhile. And that isn't Prince Adam.

Wow. I can't believe it. A straight up barbarian He-Man action figure!!! And he isn't Prince Adam!!!!

Now THAT is a version of a character that I've always wanted.

I'm not sure I would want a savage barbarian He-Man. In a way, it feels like we've already gotten this figure albeit in Marvel Legends:



That Ka-zar figure is virtually savage He-Man.

Wow, COOL! I actually already separated the original He-Man from Adam in my own story, so this is perfect for my own particular setup! It's gona be kind of a boring figure, though, so I hope they make up for the mostly-naked dude by giving him some great accessories.

He is, but I'm saying that savage He-Man would look virtually the same as him minus a few details.

Of course, the He-Man of old could've been a lot smaller than the present-day Adam He-Man. Maybe the presence of Adam plus the two halves of the power sword and the power of Greyskull make him a lot bigger.

You're right in that Ka-Zar and Barbarian He-Man are the same concept. The trouble is Marvel Legends figures don't fit in with MOTUC, so Ka-Zar would be too small.

That's a really cool nod. I have to confess, I didn't pick up on it until it was mentioned - as I said in the Goddess Bio thread, my initial thought was that GG was hitchhiking!!

Why would anyone think that Barbarian He-Man and Wun-Dar are the same? Barbarian He-Man is blond and Wun-Dar is a brunette. Totally different!
