Does anyone know if it's been confirmed that Zoar is just a repaint of Jayna as the eagle from the Wonder Twins set?

I was wondering who the monthy release was in October and who the bonus figure was.

I knew it was Teela and Zodak, but I didn't know who i'd get in my subscription, and who i'd have to get on-line to buy.

Teela is included in the 2009 subscription, she is the monthly figure and Zodak is the bonus figure.

I added Beast Man as the 2010-01-15 Re-Release figure,
She-Ra under Officially Announced Releases
and I added more names under the Upcoming Rumored Releases;
MOTU Fisto, Jitsu & Clawful
POP Bow, Peek-a-Blue, Mermista, Frosta & Sweet Bee
MYP 2002 Pravus, Chief Carnivus & Lord Dactus

Many thanks to midor for the heads up!!

I also changed the colors of the letters to better distinguish the type of release.

It's the same sculpt, yes. Beast Boy from DC Universe comes with a green version too.

The release dates and rumors are here and there spread out on the org which I combined for the full list.
I always add the reference links where I got the rumored info.
Unfortunately there is no "official" list. I wouldn't mind to help out to create one that gets a sticky.

I fully updated the trademarked figures list!
Keldor is the newest registered character, filed at 2009-08-22
I searched for all of the names of all the characters and added the Filing Date.
If they have really old Filing Dates, but are still Live, I added the most recent date, the "Registration Date" instead. To distinguish them, I've added (Active Live Registration Date) behind the character name.

Not sure if it's been officially confirmed per se, but i've seen enough pictures of the various birds to say with 100% confidence that they are identical sculpts.

I've updated the trademarked list with MOTU Orko, POP Glimmer and thanks to the heads up of Tallstar in the thread: Some potentially *positive* news: Optikk, Megator and Tytus Trademarks!, also NA Optikk, MOTU Megator and MOTU Tytus!

New Checklist!
Many people reported problems with sentences that got cut off on the checklist because of their screen resolutions. I can't think of anything text based within the message box to fix this problem, so I decided to create the checklist as an image file. This way it'll be viewed as intended without making it look weird. I also included a disclaimer/copyright to the file because I do not intend to infringement any copyright by creating this image file. I am not a native American, so please correct me if I'm wrong about this.

Let me know what you think of the new checklist and if the extra added shorted text checklist is superfluous or not. I greatly appreciate it if you could point any errors out to make the list better for everyone. Many thanks and I hope the list can help you out!

I prefer the text based version. I have trouble reading the new one, as I have to zoom in/scroll to see it.

Thanks, I changed the text based one a bit to hopefully make it easier to read and placed the image at the bottom.
