Demo-Man's head/Skeletor's staff?

I would've thought Demo-Man would already look like Skeletor, or a skeleton. If he were merged with Keldor, now we see how Keldor looks with Demo-Man's head. Skeletor keeps most of his own original body but has the features of the one possessing him.

If you look to the far right, there´s some devilish looking guy running in front of Skelly. Potential Demo-Man?
