Mattel is handling this brilliantly (and I do NOT mean that sarcastically). They could easily have made a comment to clear up our uncertainty, but they know that many of us will likely buy that second Webstor tomorrow just to be SURE we get one (in case there is an unforseen problem with the subscription).

By all rights it should be just like we placed an order. There should be an order confirmation email and a shipping email with a tracking number..if you went UPS. I am nervously watching and waiting for an email now. once this first month goes through the rest of the next year will be easier to take.

I just got the initial checking to see if the card is good charge for the one i just ordered, i'd imagine when these are ready to ship out we should start seeing the real charges go thru. also... just got charged sales tax for the first time... weak!
and no... the subscription WONT be like we just ordered a regular figure. We all got our subscription confirmation emails back in may. Im sure we'll get the shipping confirmation in a day or two like usual
remember we also got the initial fake cc charge back in may too, the real charge comes when it ships (blind faith in mattel sucks tho which is why i ordered a back up just in case)

Oh..sounds good then. kinda sucks I will have to wait and see. but you would think it would show up on the order history that the first figure is further in process. Eh..I will have a huge freak out fit if I miss webstor due to glitches but i am gonna stick with faith in them finally having things worked out well enough.

Well when I place a normal order the whole them taking out money doesn't happen for about 2 days. I'm a bit miffed that us subscribers have not received an order confirmation yet. One of the benefits of being a subscriber should be that your order is processed before Noon Eastern Time on the 15th.
So are the subscription orders missing from anyone else's order history page? As of this morning, my order history page is now completely empty except for the unsubmitted Mer-man order from that mess...
This is making me very nervous. I don't want to order another Webstor, but he's one that I definitely don't want to miss out on.
Why do I always feel like I have to jump through so many hoops to collect this line? lol. Sometimes it feels more like work.
