Battle Pigeon is the subject of Eamon's voyeurism.
He is a pigeon who courts the female pigeon's that frequent the window ledges of Eamon's building, distracting him while he is recording episodes of Roast Gooble Dinner.
Hope I haven't under sold him there Eamon?
