It would be nice if Toy Guru or some one representing Mattel would actually give us a legit answer. What I am assuming is when we get charged for the figures, it actually doesn't go anywhere that exact day. I assume they have set days for shipping and just tell us ITS BEEN SHIPPED although it may be another 1-4 days before it actually travels.

Aren't the packages marked with legit ship dates, though? I don't think they can fudge that. I'm not certain, though.

I also wish we'd get some answers. And, more importantly, some solutions.

Either way, if I can order something from Australia after I order from Matty and get it before...then something is broken over at Matty. Honestly, there are no excuses why it takes so long to get it. Also they make their own labels, so the date they printed it off would be on it. Post office never checks as I have sent items up that would say a date thats 6 days earlier than what I actually shipped it as.

I finally got October's day of sale stuff today.

I guess me complaining on here today did the trick haha, day of sale stuff just showed up. A buddies sub stuff in town came in yesterday. Mine had the Sweden sticker, which I find VERY hard to believe is from a swedish owned shipping warehouse in LA HAHA. Very unlikely. But I still can't imagine why they would send these to sweden first.

My October subscription items arrived on November 27th. NO customs fees. SO happy about that. Totally worth the wait.

It's not a Swedish warehouse, it's a Swedish postal exchange. Mail on the Move probably drives them to this postal exchange, and then they take over, do the customs paperwork, and pass them off to Canada Post.

Why would they set that up for the 3 or 4 Canadians 'overseas' that buy from them every month? They know we have so many pet Penguins to feed outside on our igloo farms, unless we are driving the wife around town on our Zamboni's to buy a new touque... we can wait for our figures. EH?

Wow, I am so offended by that I almost spilled beer in my kraft dinner, instead I got it all over my jeans, jean shirt, and jean jacket..... now I'll have to change into my mounty uniform because that's all I have to wear. yeah i'm located in Ajax, Ontario, usually it's a 4-6 week wait as all the other packages this year have been. so i was floored. I originally thought they send a second package of the Oct Sub because i complained so much online but when i opened the box and it was the Nov sub.. well..... i'm confused to say the least... by the way box also had the Swedish sticker post PP on it.. It's like pulling teeth to get a solid answer.

I got a pick up notice at my door yesterday. I really hope its my October and not my November sub. But knowing Matty their shipping is so inconsistent I wouldn't be surprised.

Just got nov sub items yesterday in NB
Took a long time to get october sub, october dos was fast though.
I never got the sept sub items, so i contacted matty and they sent me a replacement order for the package that never showed up
Slow, but so far i've got everything i ordered
