I'm in Ottawa Canada and received my He-ro on Monday. What part of Canada do you live in? My guess is it's held up in customes cause you bought 2 figures.

Yes I suppose you're right,same for me each time I'm buying mre than one figure,it may take til 45 days sometimes.

I ordered with UPS today, so I should have my figures within the week. It was an expensive package, so once again UPS was almost the same as cheap shipping--just $5 more.

Awesome! How far did you go? I really like the area around Deer Lake to Rocky Harbour.

I used to live in Ottawa, so I've only had one order to Newfoundland. That took about four weeks. Sir Laser Lot shipped about five weeks ago now, and still no sign of him showing up.

My BBTS order only took about two weeks. My amiami order was only about one week! Somehow toys from Japan show up much, much quicker than toys from the U.S.

I think a lot of the Canadian Laser-Lots are still training in Sweden.

My SLL came from Sweden; i was surprise how fast it was here last month.

but now, it seems like many sub holders are having problem with september sub renewal. my Sep Sub is still "order in process"

Same here. Starting to wonder exactly WTH is going on with that. If day-of buyers start to get their shipping notices and we haven't, I'll be less than thrilled.

The funny thing is, I don't think it takes that much longer to go that route than it did when it was just USA -> Canada.

Got my SLL, boring figure but he doesn't really suck, just very uninspired. I put him with the PoP girls, I think he fits in there better.

has anyone got a confirmation that it actually goes to Sweden..??? makes no sense.. it should arrive from the US to Canada in 2 weeks 10-14 business days that is regular mail. the fact that it takes 30+ days it's just strange because regular mail to go overseas is 3-4 months, this is where i'm confused!!

Actually mail / packages going around the world, don't usually take much longer than 10 - 14 days. I get UK items (Doctor Who Figs) all the time and they come by cheap Royal mail, in about 8 business days. I can't believe that Canada's packages go to Sweeden, for distirbution. It does make sense to have an international plant somewhere in Europe - Sweeden is fine for all European and global destinations, but this comes down to whoever decided at Mattel in US that ours figures should also come from an international warehouse, not California, needs to look at a map.

But if you buy online from US, like most of us do, you should be used to that. I just had a guy in New York State on Ebay, tell me he would not ship an item to Ottawa Canada, as he does not like shipping overseas.

I should E-mail him back an tell him I could drive to his door in about 7 hours.

BTW: Still hoping for SLL this week.

well when i ship overseas by boat it's 3-4 months.. i guess it's just Canada Post

as for the new york state.. i hear ya bro..i purchased an item form someone on ebay a while back.. and he was from Chicago.. he asked me where is Canada, close to Hungry i never laughed so loud i gather he majored in Math only in school

but it does boggle the mind.., but it seems like all International shipping leaves Cali for Sweden and then is sent out accordingly.

ok, as Canadians we have asked this question more times then i can count and it's always ignored. Please read the question and advise.

All packages that are shipped to Canada for some reason are being shipped to Sweden and then shipped back to Canada, hence the 30+ days to arrive.

I don't know if Digital river thinks because Canada is "International" that we are located in Euro somewhere..

they do know that we are located just over the US boarder right???

shipping from Cali or wherever in the US to Canada should not not more then 10-14 business days to arrive via international Post.

Can someone please look into this and advise as it's getting very frustrating that no one answers our questions
