2 figures would be $23.16 for shipping and then $7 UPS (level 1 broerage fee) + duty and taxes (if they apply them)

BUT in February, Trap Jaw / Battle Cat and ?? reissue) would be over UPS brokerage fee level 1 ($7.00) and would be level 2 ($19.45) and then add duty and taxes to the 23.16 shipping!!!

I can't afford to give UPS (nor do I want to since they are terrible to deal with) $42.61 shipping before Duty and taxes!

So you are saying Battle Cat + TWO figures puts it over brokerage fee level 1?
Does it go by weight, or # of items, or...?
Just curious. I've never had to pay anything other than GST.
I don't want Battle Cat lost in the mail for two months, so I want to use UPS. But if I ordered two figures, but something like the Display stands would put it over the top, and we have to pay a lot more, then I'd wait to order the stands another time.

Level 1 is up to $40.00, Level 2 is $40.01 up to $100.00 and going from $7.00 to $19.45 is a big jump, and February is going to be an expensive month.

UPS will be okay for Jan - only Beast and Adora, but Feb - OUCH!

Got Scareglow and He-Man ordered on the 15th here in Orleans ON - just in time to restore my faith to order Adora and Beast Man on Fri!

Guess I will start the 30 day count down for Skeletor / Randor / Goddess !

No offense to Toyguru, he's a busy guy with a day job and he doesn't even have to come to these boards, but maybe he should be paying more attention to these sorts of threads instead of how much pubic hair should Moss Man have.

I am sure the Nov and Dec shipments are just backlogged, when the post office and customs catch up, within the next week or two, then we should be back to the 3 - 4 week window.

I have a subscription, but I always order extras separately, as well as the bonus figures. Neither has come. I'm waiting on 4 boxes now. Come this friday it will be 6 boxes I'm expecting.

Alright this is driving me nuts..still no scareglow or reissue He-man. Who do I contact to complain/inquiry where they are?

I didn't order a re-issue He-Man through Matty, instead I had to order him same day from Big Bad Toy Store and he arrived 4 weeks sooner than Scareglow did straight from Matty. My Scareglow was a sub.

When Matty's Fan Forums launch, I'm sure these issues will not be able to be ignored.

Shipping time to Canadians has doubled and even tripled which is PURE INSANITY!

It could end up hurting their sales. If a figure comes along that I don't care too much about--let's say, Optikk--there becomes even less motivation to buy it if I know I won't get it for two months, or more.

I agree and I still do not understand WHY they do not ship a bunch of MOTUC to Mississauga. They have shipments going there anyway, so why not satisfy customers? We REALLY need answers here.

My Scareglow was ordered directly from Matty, I do not have a subscription. I received him on December 23 in Ottawa, Ontario. I ordered him late in the day on November 16, maybe at about 9 PM or so.

The wait time is pretty ridiculous . I ordered Re-man from BBTS the day he was sold out on Matty. It took a week for them to recieve him from Matty and I received him a week after that which was still two and a half weeks earlier than Scareglow. There is little incentive to order directly from Matty. I can pre order the figures from BBTS and recieve them within two weeks and I don't have to deal with ordering them myself. Technically you could order figures from November, December, and January from BBTS and let them sit in your pile of loot and have them shipped to you before some people even recieved the figures ordered directly from Matty in November. BBTS charges about $10 shipping for one figure and Matty charges $8. Does $2 really shave up to 4 weeks off in shipping time? I have received packages from Hong Kong (just air mail, not EMS) within a week. How is it possible?

After Battle Cat I think I will be done with this line. I really love it but between the low supply of figures, ridiculous system for ordering and insane waiting time for shipping, I just don't care to do it every moth for the next several years.
