I got my sub Demo-Man and BG Evil-Lyn today! I'm about 1 1/2 hour drive from London.

also just sent a long e-mail to DR explaining my issues. I really dont think my BGEL/Demoman have even been shipped yet.

Got a notice in the mail yesterday that I had something to pick up today. I assumed it was my December figures. Imagine my surprise when I instead got my Spy Monkey order.

lol, I got my Spymonkey items too, it took a whole week.
I also ordered a figure from an orger in AZ, he used cheap first class USPS. I got it and it took...a whole week.

I think Canadian customers should hound Scott about these issues with DR Canadian shipping. It doesn't take long to mail packages and there's no way people overseas should get them first, or even simultaneously. Because it means ours are mailed last.

I am from Toronto and I got shipping notification for December items on Jan 20th since that time I received nothing yet. I agree with you 100% about the fact that Canadian shipping stinks. I noticed on matty forum that people in Germany and Scotland got their shipping notification for Fisto,Sorceress and Shadow Weaver already. I concluded the same thing as you. That even europeans get their stuff faster then we do and that our things are sent last.
This year I got sub for the first time but after all this mess since December up until now I regret getting sub in the first place. No sub for me in 2013 or any MOTUC. After this year is done I am out for good and I dont care which cool characters they release next year. This nerve wrecking experience is just not worth it.
In respect to Scott I dont think he is always telling things right.
I noticed recently he said in some interview that this month figures will be sent on Feb 13th and then a few that are late in coming to warehouse will be shipped on Feb 17th or thereabouts. Last month he claimed several times that no one will get their figures until all have arrived in their warehouse

I'm holding out hope that my Dec. stuff arrives tomorrow (Canada Post works on Family Day FYI, so make sure to answer your doors tomorrow in case your mailman actually knocks before leaving a parcel instead of one of those delivery notice cards). For a while now my stuff has arrived almost exactly 1 month after receiving a shipping notice for me. Since my shipping notice was Jan. 20th, maybe the trend will continue and my stuff will arrive Feb. 20th. I'm dying to see the Wind Raider, and what shape it will be in (i.e. scratched decals, missing guns, missing anchor

)

I use the UPS shipping method and my MOTUC sub order arrives tomorrow and have received the 30th and Voltron figures already. I switcched after calling matty when I had the sub with cheap shipping, after not having received an item for 2 months, nd being told that because they can't track it just to wait. Since they shipped it theres nothing they can do. I used UPS again this year but was regretting it because I thought that DR items were arriving in normal time.

Is the cheap shipping going back to a month plus? or is it 2-3 weeks like it was for a while last year?

I sent matty.cs@dr.com an e-mail. Was like "I just got a message from you, saying item # was shipped, it was the same item number as the star sisters, and I have them already. I am waiting for 8 items, where is Demoman!? please tell me what items correspond to what item numbers and weather or not they are shipped. If they arent shipped, SHIP THEM. Im sick on waiting, and not knowing"

Their response "Please tell us the item numbers, and dates of purchase"

..........THATS WHAT I WANT YOU TO TELL ME.

Like seriously, I've phoned multiple times, i've e-mailed .... what else do i do?!

It seems to vary across the board. Personally, I've been getting my items within 2-3 weeks with the exception of the December blunder. Even then, though, my Demo/BGEL shipped very early compared to other people and I got them about 2 1/2 weeks after they shipped. Star Sisters took about the same.

I can't believe some people are still waiting on their Dec/Jan stuff. I'd be losing my mind.

maybe try posting on the matty forum? i think they will refer you to someone there and take your issue more seriously.

i am still waiting for my december sub order.... just email them. will wait and see what their reply is.

Friday is my last straw. Been waiting too long for BGEvil-Lyn, Demo-Man, Battle Cat and Panthor.

Haven't made any contacts to Matty or DR yet, but Friday will be the first time picking up the phone for this matter... It's ridiculous how long Canadian's have to wait for parcels that were shipped via USPS First Class.

I'm not certain if Matty/DR is entirely to blame here. I had a BBTS order ship within a day or two of my Dec Matty order, and I don't have it either. Two shipments from two completely different places both getting delayed? That's what's led me to think Canada Post is the one dropping the ball here.

Canada Post is notorious for their brutal service during the holiday and post-holiday seasons. Combine that with Matty's delays and you've got one hell of a wait. I totally get the frustration, though...we seem to get the short end of the stick shipping wise.

I seriously can't fathom how people in Europe get their stuff before we do.

Adding to the theory that Canada Post is the problem...I got my notice that I can come pick up my shipment today. It's dated February 10th. I also got a reminder that the package they notified me about on the 10th will only be held until the 25th. You know, the package they just notified me about today.

To be fair, I have purchased a hand ful of stuff, all sent via USPS/Canada Post with mostly no issues (during the holiday season too).

I know things get tied up at customs for a while sometimes, but for this long?? It's also infuriating that the Tracking URL that's on my invoices don't lead me anywhere...
