wow, really surprise but I just got my november DOS figure! That's less than 1 month to arrive! The Swedish postal office must be doing work overtime

I got my Nov. Sub and DOS purchase super fast this month
but I am still waiting on my Black Friday purchases. I made 3 separate orders which should be arriving soon I hope.
My first order was placed almost 3 weeks ago and nothing yet so I'm not sure how long it'll take for these to arrive

Got my TOD Sorceress today ..... from UPS ..... in the USA .... because mattel ****** me and I didnt get one on black friday because i thought it was on sale Dec. 17th ...... waited damn near a year to buy her, and in the end, i buy it off eBay anyways..... but I got her ... so it's not all bad i guess.

Question for everyone though, has anyone else used the other shipping options for us Canadians? UPS Economy and UPS International... is there any difference in speed from the basic International Post?

^ Hey Drewsky, you've received Black Friday week sale items already? Did you order anything on Cyber Monday and have they arrived if you did? Which shipping option did you pick?

I just used the basic shipping. Didn't order anything on Cyber Monday... I ordered Greyskullman and Spector just before I ordered TOD only because I didn't notice TOD was on the list till after I ordered.

Thanks Drewsky. Maybe I will get something in time for Christmas after all (I too picked the basic shipping method but also ordered on Cyber Monday, as well as Black Friday).

Can't say I know the difference between the UPS Economy and UPS International shipping methods. Both are options for us here in Canada, right? During the US Thanksgiving sales I went with whichever was the cheapest of the two (was something like $4.40 for 1 figure and $5.40 for two).

I've used UPS economy for all my subs (until next year - it just got too expensive).
The shipping charge is 23.00 for most things until it gets to be a really large box.
I used to get 2 subs to justify the shipping cost to myself, but again it got too expensive.

The delivery is good - takes about 3-4 days from shipping and is fully trackable. there's always customs fees though.
For a while it was $5 service fee plus the taxes, but a little while ago it changed to $10 plus the taxes.
I'd usually owe about $10-20 when the package arrived, and I'd have to leave a cheque for UPS, because I always missed the delivery because I'm at work.

Still an unacceptable wait time imo.

btw, I checked out the UK thread, and they are receiving their black friday items.

IIRC, my Black Friday stuff didn't even ship until Dec 6th. Too bad, as I had planned on giving my son a Spector figure.
