Any figures arrived to Spain, Portugal, France or any other EU country?

Hi neighbours,

Just for checking times to arrive and custom fees.

I'm from Spain, placed my order two minutes before 12:00 and received shipping confirmation on 19th.... still waiting for it.

Don't worry. No Triklops yet here. I think no one in the EU received it yet.

i got mine about a week ago in the uk. There's quite a few others on the uk thread that are still waiting here though so don't worry too much. The delay is probably because so many more of him were shipped to the other figures in the line so far

Also a question of quantity per parcel:

1 Figure 2-3 weeks
2 Figures 3-4 weeks ( maybe longer )

Hi there. Im from Alicante and I´ve received mine last week. Usually takes a month to arrive, but mine arrived soon!

I'm from Germany > Upper Bavaria. Got my Tri-Klops 25th August.

Got a note from the post today that my Tri-klops arrived.

Shame that the boxes are too large to fit in my mailbox. I have to pick up them from the postoffice on the next day after they have tried to deliver it with normal mail.

I haven't received my He-Ro (but other portuguese fellows did - mistaloko and moonchild). I haven't received my Tri-klops yet (but Adam_Portugal and moonchild did). We live about 50 km apart (from moonchild) but I think something happened (at least with He-Ro) and this really ****** me off.

Has anyone had any success complaining about figures that never arrived, using the cheapest shipping method?

Yes Dude.... here, or maybe not ! I´m waiting since 9 weeks on MAA. Also no Trike-Klops for the moment. I contacted all, Mail On The Move, DHL Germany, German Custom, Mattel..... it´s frustrating, so no success for real. The best help i could get was from the custom, they gave me a lot of informations and maybe next week, i get some more. MOTM is very closed with informations, the best answer was from Mattel, like " if you choose economical without tracking number, it´s your fault !" .....thanks to them

. I bought MAA now from Ebay

Had also communication with an german member on these boards who´s waiting for his MAA, but he doesn´t tried anything for the moment.

I'm still (deperately) waiting for mine. Shipped 19th or 20th, I don't think any other fig has taken this long! I got MAA in 10 days to the UK!!!

I also ordered my Tri-Klops at releasing time,
got my confirmation the net day.
He arrived here in Copenhagen, Denmark a week ago.

But, like you, I'm always nervous, they do seem to be long on their way!

My Matty figs always come via New Zealand!

I think a lot of problems would be easily solved with a better selling policy for international buyers... for a start, that long time promised customer service e-mail. Easy and cheap for them, easy and cheap for us...

Hi!! I'm from Greece and i have ordered mine around 12:00( 3-4 minutes past twelve to be exact) I've received shipping confirmation on 20/8. Last Thursday i got note from the post office. Parcels from Mattycollector take between 10-15 days to arrive from my personal experience. Don't lose hope it'll probably arrive sooner or later.

Also i' ve never paid customs for the MotUC figs but i always order one fig( except He-man and Beastman but i got lucky) We pay custom rates for parcels with value greater than 30-40$ when the country of origin is outside the EU.

I received my Tri-Klops 7 days after my order went through. I ordered 8 Tri-Klops for me and friends. I always do UPS, not international post, cause that can take ages and they can't keep track of your order. The difference is only 15 dollars or so, so it's definitely worth to ship it via UPS.
