Well, I always order the MOTUC with a friend and he uses the expensive shipping method including tracking. It only takes around 1-2 weeks for 4 figures. He already received Tri-Klops as well a few weeks ago.

Yeah, me too. This was my first order at Matty and can't help feel disappointed. I ussually order books and other stuff on Amazon and they charge 8, 12 or 18$ (depending on weight) for standard shipping and every order arrive in no more than 2 weeks... I wonder what kind of postal service use at Matty, and also what kind of alternative for international buyers is paying 45$ for UPS?

Hi, Colton, thanks for your help. I'm thinking about calling the customs, but what can I tell them besides my name? They will laught at my face because they probably can't track anything... I don't think the info we have could be used by them, or else we could track the stuff ourselves.

I'm also thinking about going to my local post office and ask them if they have something for me. At least it's smaller than customs, but I still couldn't find any time to do it!

He-Ro: 26 working days / 38 days
Tri Klops: 17 working days / 26 days

Mine is also somewhere between Matty and me...

I have ordered one to my friend in Bolzano, Italy (since mattel doesnt ship to Serbia

) and it still has not arrived.

One more day, the postman delivered two small packets from the States (shipped last week) but didn't deliver my Trikes... I'm going to ask the post office.

I'm wondering if shipping confirmation from Matty was 100% reliable... perhaps they just send the mail and ship the item during the following week... I have to check shipping date stamped on the parcel when it arrives (if it do so

)

Definitely, Matty has to improve shipping for international customers.

UPDATE:

Finally, I went to the post office and surprise

, Tri-klops was there since 11th (the f#%$ing postman just forgot to leave a note..

.)

I checked the date and it was shipped on August 19th (the same day I recieved the shipping confirmation) and then Trikes had a very long trip... first was sent to Germany (16 days) and then was sent from Germany to Spain (7 days)...

I got my Tri-Klops on the 17th. Still no He-Ro... I still couldn't go to the post offices to check if the postman just forgot to leave a note....

He's finally here!
This is the first time that I have received the figure AFTER the 15th of the following month.
I hope this was just an exception from the rule...

from now on, this thread will be a reference for European fans to check when MOTUC figures are received and a place to comment issues, delays and whatever related with shipment and arrival of our favourite figures.
