Any figures arrived to Spain, Portugal, France or any other EU country?

Any Photog, Sorceress or Fisto around there?
I have a parcel waiting for me at the post office, It could be Photog (shipped 2 days before my subscription figures). I will know this evening.

We are going back to those days when a figure arrived after next month's was ordered.

None of my February packages have arrived yet (30th sub, Club Eternia sub, extra Sorceress). Hoping every day them to arrive, but so far for nothing.

E-mail them, telling your figures didn't arrive yet and never took so long before. Ask them to check your subscription status and if your order was really shipped, if it was so ask also to check shipping date and address.
I had a problem last year with the first figure Adora. My subscription figure never arrived and asked them to check if they had shipped it to the right address, they weren't sure and ofered a replacement or refund. Now they have a new replacement policy but if they messed with your order they should offer you a refund at least.
Be patient and insist on asking for a solution.

Went to the post office and got Fisto, Sorceress and Shadow Weaver... no signal of Photog (shipped 2 days before)

This time the parcel traveled via Sweden and not via Germany...

Also today in a separate mail box came my 30 anniv sub Fearless Photog.
Still waiting for a Fisto figure I ordered extra on the sale day in February.

My neighbour recieved 2 packages today for me which I will pick up after work.

Thanks to the escalation dept. they send me a dm,bge, vigo and the ss. That package arrived with superior airmail after 3 days!

Amazing that stuff doesn't arrive for weeks and this arrives in 3 DAYS?

A day lather my origanal ss arrived, shipment notification said 18 january, was actually shipped 17 february, and arrived 17 march.
Also a paper on box from US custums so I think that was why it took so long.

Anyone want the ss? I got spare

I received exactly the same reply from Jacqueline D (exept the day/time of shipping) when my Star Sisters were delayed. I think the email might be computer generated In that case Jacqueline D. is a code name of a computer.

darn, custom fees went up ??? Normally it's 10€ when there's more than one figure in the box, or when it's an oversized item (but I got lucky this month and I didn't have to pay one)
