I received my SS from the sub.
To this day no Star Sisters, no Demo Man, no Evil Lynn BG received. For stuff "supposedly" shipped on January, 17. No other word than PITIFUL comes to my mind right now...
For sure we pay cheap overseas shipping fees but here is the result...

I think itīs still possible. My DM & BG EL were send 2 days after my Star Sisters and i got the trio 11 days ago.Well ... I am still waiting for my sub Star Sisters

Finally received Star Sisters ... whew! I thought they were lost in the post so I am very happy to have them finally. Very nice figures, I like the story in the bio too. No problems with joints, breakage, paintjob or anything. The only thing that needs an improvement is the crotchpiece. Otherwise well executed and nice addition of more obscure characters to my collection I think.
Still waiting the Star Sisters...

My Demo-man was shipped on 19th of January, and it took until 21st of February to arrive.
I'm still waiting for the SS. They were shipped on 17/1. I'm really really worried.

Called them today with my issues.
I paid twice for the ss and february figures because I reinstated my sub when I got the cancellation email.
Got a shipment notification stating the ss shipped 18 january but the woman on the telephone said to me that they shipped 17 february and that they would arrive soon. This was because of a delay for some of the ss. Fine to know that and wasn't informed nor have I got an email saying they shipped out a month lather.
My reorder of december figures with 2 WRs haven't arrived and will get an email about that mather.
The dubble charge of the ss and february figures (200 dollars) I got a ticketnumber and we'll contact you in 5-7 b days.
This was a phonecall of half an hour with my celphone to the US for two never gotten shipments (ss will probably arrive this week so 1 missing) and two double charges.
She promised me an email tomorow about the december figures and the doublecharges an email within 7 b days so I will wait once more but my patience is at an ultimate low my european friends.
I'm going from 5 mattysubs this year to ZERO next year if I don't get my money back and get ALL the figures I orderd!

And if they arrive I'm affraid how the figures will look like. This is no fun anymore and costing me a lot of money and I rather spend it on vintage toys then on those incompetant fools.
I've just waited six months for a stay puft to arrive, had to make 4 phonecalls and 2 reorders to get the thing and on top of that parts of him turn yellow.
Matty has overkilled my love for motuc with incompetance on their behalf: no qc, delays, missing shipments, cancellation email for no valid reason, double charges, no return policy for foreign costumers, a distributor that has no clue (mail pignons would do a bether job), a costumers service that's also clueless and top of the pops the allmighty TG whose nose must be bigger then pinochio and has the guts to release the worst motu figure ever instead of managing the brand like it should be managed.
This will be the month of truth for me.
Will my december figures arrive?
Will my january figures arrive?
Will I get a refund for the double charges?
Will I be double charged again in march?
What quality issues will my figures have when they arrive?
How many overseas phonecalls do I have to make again to explain them once more what the problem is?

I have a parcel waiting for me at the post office, It could be Photog (shipped 2 days before my subscription figures). I will know this evening.
We are going back to those days when a figure arrived after next month's was ordered.
