Original again. I cannot wait for them to release good ol King Hiss in the Classics line. I loved this figure as a kid. I soooo use to creep out my sis with him.
The masked original toy skin
The maskless mini-comic skin
The 200X cartoon skin
This poll basically gauges interest and is multiple choice. (Yeah we know the original version is sure to win, but this is to gauge the other versions in comparison.)
King Hiss, like Roboto, is a character with the same multiple versions. Whereas Roboto could download himself into possibly three different bodies, Hiss could wear different skins for different effects...
Original Figure King Hiss
This was used to fool people into thinking that he was heroic.
Mini-comic King Hiss
Same purpose as the original figure, but this one is unmasked, with a craggy looking face and burly body. Designed by Bruce Timm of JLU fame.
200X King Hiss
This skin isn't hiding at all--I guess you don't need to when you rule Eternia and everyone has been transformed into a Snake Man.
Using ALL of these options, it's a way to refresh King Hiss up to three times. Of course the snakes underneath would stay the same.

200X all the way the original looks horrid never liked that figure.
or just give him 2 heads to cease arguments
I'm a big fan of the 200x look! That one gets my vote, but I have a feeling that we would most likely only end up getting it in the form of an additional head if at all.
BTW: Hurray, I finally have an acceptable email address! I've been lurking on here since 2006!![]()
My vote goes to original and mini-comic appearance. Bring back his creepy human disguise!!
I always viewed his mini-comic and toy appearance as the same. I just think the toy was made with a lot less attention to detail.
As far as the 200X figure goes, I don't see any need for him to have a human looking skin. It's way to evil looking and defeats the purpose. No self-respecting Snake Man would wear a human skin, unless it served a purpose. Especially the King of the Snake Men.
I vote for the mini-comic version. I always thought that version was much more menacing than the toy version. I would also like to see the 200x version somewhere down the road. Maybe as a bonus figure.
I vote for a mixed figure.![]()
I always loved how he appeared in the mini-comics, so I'm voting for that version.
Snake Men need a woman of their own too!
Proud supporter of the Snake Men.
Most Wanted: Slave Girl, Horde Trooper, Eldor, Spinnerella, Mermista, Peekablue, Crita, Lizorr, Tyrantisaurus Rex, Battle Ram.
Most Wanted for Filmation Sub: Scorpia, Madame Razz with Broom, Lord Masque, Sea Hawk, Ileena, Granita, General Sunder, Lizard Man.
No Slave Girl? Watch us hurl!
I ended up chossing option one, but I much prefer the minicomic look but I want the mask.
I may just be a Gay Pop fan...but I am also the one who wants ALL of the Figures, who wants this line to continue and who is putting my money where my mouth is....are you doing the same?
THE LINK BELOW IS THE TIME THE NEXT MOTUC FIGURE GO'S ON SALE!

I voted for the first two options, but would prefer the minicomic variant maybe with mask
For me mix of original AF and minicomics design, not 200x influence!
Original Toy for me. I love them all, but that one was my favorite. I hope his Snake form is really well done, though...
Because of his snake form, I think Kink Hsss will be considered as a "large scale" figure.
The only way to make him have a normal and a snake form is to have 2 figures or an alternative bust.
I don't think we will see a King hsss with both forms at 20$.
Just the original toy skin.
"My favorite Harry Potter movie is Troll."
Personally, I voted for maskless and 200X. I've never liked the "superhero" King Hiss. But I definitely wouldn't be opposed to all three coming out eventually as ways to refresh King Hiss.
I voted for 200x. I was never a big fan of the original and dont remember the mini comic version. 200x version I thought was very cool
Orignal with mask, very super-hero like indeed.
Probably the only snakesman i'm gonna buy.
I liked the old toy, just he should simply have been another of Skellye's evil warriors rather than the leader of a new faction.
If i remember well, however, in the ol comics he occasionally worked with Skeletor (and of course both planned to betray the other), while he had an healthy dislike of the useless cabbage-bat thing known as hordak (man, i would really liked the evil horde never happened, what a waste of creativity).
His 200x version, on the other hand, is just another plain enemy to Skeletor as he is to cabbage head hordak and mr. muscle he-man. A shame if you ask me.
The maskless mini-comic skin for me hands down!
a superhero mask (like batman & robin) is unfitting for a king imo.
The myp 200x looks too much like a pharaoh.
I love the original version.
The mini-comic version is really cool too, I think.
I really don't like the 200X version. I can do without that.
Darth Bong
I voted for orginal but then again some mix would be cool too.
By the Power of Grey Skull!
I voted for the mini-comic version because I think he actually looks more MOTUC-style than the actual vintage masked figure, AND he justifies the NA Lizorr possibly being a Snake Man, because of what King Hiss says about ruling thousands of planets AND because he talks about a "Timelesss dimention..."
I also don't care for the 200X version all that much

Italian Fans, there's a NEW place: GRAYSKULL.IT!
Bruce Timm made a dorky looking toy look awesome. I liked MYP's take on him.
With the amount of new tooling required I doubt we will see him any time soon, if ever![]()
"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments" (Matthew 22:36-40).
yeah, I didn't care for the original toy with the mask. The 200x toy there was room for improvement (he was short & the snake didn't have the detail I expected).
I loved the 200x cartoon King Hiss he looked so sinister and powerful. I would like a toy like that.
A big question comes to mind. How will they incorporate the snake underneath the skin?
That would be something to decide on. Have any good ideas?
I voted for the original toy skin, but I think an extra head of the maskless variant would be cool. Then again, his armor pieces might be seen as excessories. In that case, we're looking at probably six pieces minimum on that alone. I'd expect them to do the arms in two pieces like MAA's left arm. So, there might not be enough funds for an extra head if they do the staff and the shield too.
