MOTUC King Miro figure???

I was just reading through King Randor's bio and noticed that Count Marzo, Keldor and King Miro are mentioned. We all know we'll be getting a Marzo and Keldor figure somewhere down the line (PG has called Marzo in 2010). Do you think we'll get King Miro?

Yes! I want King Miro! He looks great in the 200X Cartoon and would be fantastic in the Classics Style, I think!
Maybe as the 2010 SDCC Exclusive?

I think Miro is stretching things a bit. I mean, we have how many figures that should come first, dozens counting MOTU, PoP and NA. That could last years alone so logically, I wouldn't imagine Miro would be anywhere close to a number of years from now.

I'd rather see the more prominent figures come before a bg character that had like 2-3 appearances and none of them really memorable.

In one sense I agree with you, but at the same time, I think the line would be boring if they didn't mix it up a little and throw in "new" things occasionally.
That said, I'm not sure how "interesting" a King Miro figure would be.

Also, Novelty - did I miss something? Last I heard was that Marzo is a possible rumour... I haven't heard that we're getting him in 2010

He could easily be made:

-Randor's head (but with white hair & beard)
-standard male body - with Randor's arms
-new armor (perhaps based on He-Ro's armor (with a change to the "H" symbol), so he can have a cape)
-Same sword, but in a differnt color
-Same EXACT staff

Tah dah! King Miro

But he should come with a blind-folded extra head and shackles for his hands... as he is probably imprisoned by someone, somewhere

Wasn't it King Miro in the mini comics? I wouldn't mind having that character. More power to the pre-filmation era.

King Miro was never in the mini-comics. He was in the Filmation cartoon and the MYP cartoon. Who you're thinking of was an unnamed King (and queen) with white hair in the pre-filmation comics, who later became Randor (and Marlena).

I'd also love to see Miro in the MOTUC line.

I'm sure we'll most likely see He-man's grandpappy sometime down the line. otherwise why bother trademarking the name and having it on a figure's bio?

If they don't plan to make a Miro figure, then don't put the name on anyone's bio. Since they did, I'd assume they plan on making him at some point. Any new unmade characters are always welcome imo...

Im really hoping that they do make this figure. It would be cool to have him. Now would he have been around for King Grayskull and He-ro???
