what you're saying makes sense. I still believe that with a bit of effort it can be done considering the extra income brought in by the trebled production runs plus the bonus figures that are straight repaints and still sold for $20 each. It's a piece that could be used for three figures not just one (and just one single piece). If they CAN'T even do this then we have 0 chances to see figures like Mantenna or Leech that require a 100% new mold. I never said that a Mekaneck torso could be used for Grizzlor. That's a weird idea.

Man-E-Faces is very easy to do if they use a head with three faces covered with a rubber helmet on a standard He-Man torso!
As regards Rattlor I think they can use a standard body making new longer snake like abs for him and using a non removable rubber "armour" to simulate his snake skin.
