If the story of he-man should be made again, I would hope to see he-man and skeletor remaining the same as in the original cartoon with the same design.

NA Skeletor has an awesome design - and there are some great details on the original figure (which will probably be lost in this line, but oh well.)
I've often said I'd like a 'Discs of Doom' Skeletor as well, which was his main outfit in the cartoon - which would come with a helmetless head.

Disks of Doom Skeletor is my favorite NA version. I'd actually like to see him as the "main" NA Skeletor for MOTUC.

Also, like a few others have said, I'd like to see the Disks of Doom Skeletor version as well as the original. It was the only NA Skeletor figure I had growing up and it's how he usually looked on the show.
When the New Adventures of He-Man came out as a cartoon & as a toy line i wasn't at all impressed. i don't know much about na he-man. but na would complete the line and may make a great story.
Skeletor is finally defeated by he-man. but skeletor some how manages to survive & finds himself in the future. a new he-man is needed to end skeletors tyranny in the future.
i always pictured Skeletor falling into a void.
Have a good story & people would want the figures to add to their collection.

I am proud to say that I too wanted a "Hell's yeah!" option for this one. I can't wait to see some love for NA in this line, especially since I only just lately have gotten to begin familiarizing myself with this nugget from the MOTU mythology. I still need the other DVD set (along with one other POP set).
I also want to see the other heroes and mutants, and of course, NA He-Man!
Not to sound like a creepy cheerleader for Uki, but it's nice to know there is at least one person on this forum who is extremely positive & friendly all the time. I don't think I could be that nice even if you paid me. If we ever give out awards for "forum member of the month", Uki gets my vote. -Mr. Shokoti
Jungle Attack He-Man in Classics!
I'd argue that Skeletor was more goofy and incompetent in the Filmation cartoon.
In the NA show he was more devious and manipulative, making Flogg his puppet whilst allowing him to believe he was still the Mutants leader. He actually had some successes against the Galactic Guardians, certainly in comparison to his Eternia exploits.
But back on topic, give us NA Skeletor ASAP.
A Disks of Doom/Battle Blade variant with swappable parts would be even better.
