Great find! I would suggest caution however. When I was gathering my set of Grenadier, I ended up opening one beat up 'sealed' set I had gotten from eBay for a steal. Two pieces were broken and several of them had been badly painted. Box had been reglued but was so beat up, it was hard to tell.

Sadly, only one way to be sure but my fingers are crossed for you! Plus, the BC set seems to be the most rare so double bonus!

Thanks for the advice : well it's really mint. The card and bubble are perfect so is the figure. I won't open it, for sure :-) the guy who sold it to me is a collector too; he thought his kids would play with the old motu toys but they have not; so he decided to sell the figures he had in double or those he did not care about :-)
Honestly i would trade it with a tyrantisaurus rex or a turbodactyl :-) or both if it's sought after :-)

Believe it or not, I wasn't even looking for it. I was on the main ebay page and just scrolling through all the stuff they recommend for me and there it was. It must've just been listed.

Congrats Man-E and Facelessone! Lots of quality scores!

I caved and bought an AFA80 Bashasaurus. Loved that thing as a kid. Also finally grabbed a MOC Orko - leaving me with 6 to go to have all the single carded figures MOC!

    Thanks Man-E!

Between two different sellers from pretty much opposite ends of America, I was able to pair up a loose (no accessories) Clamp Champ with his armor and clamp! I even got a good deal on the clamp because it didn't work and I was able to fix it! It has been very rewarding making these poor lost incomplete MOTU figures whole again!

Also grabbed a complete Ninjor and the seller threw in an extra sword for another Ninjor I am trying to complete - thanks again! Just need the chucks for that guy then I can find him a good home.

Other figures recently reunited with their accessories - light green crossbow for regular Grizz, dark green crossbow for dark Grizz, maroon crossbow for Leech, a second green mace for Skeletor-legged Clawful, the long-barrel orange Webstor gun, so-blue-its-black Fisto armor to go with my-other-color-hair Fisto (that I don't have yet), armor and sword for my green belt Merman and mini-comics for DB Skeletor and King Hiss!

The loose collection has been a nice break from the high prices of the MOC search, though those seem to be falling into decent levels.

Hit up the Kane County Toy Show today and scored quite a few goodies. Let's start with the best: Multi-Bot. Hard to find complete, esp at a show like that, but I did! He was the one figure I went to the show looking for, and I got him! Never had the vintage version, so it's especially cool for me. So many different combos...

I also got Extendar(no shield) for $5, Jitsu(complete for $10), and Leech(complete for $10). Pretty happy with them!

Last but not least, I got a few vehicles! Stridor(really good shape, all guns and tail for $10), Roton(good shape, no bent guns for $5), and an Attack Trak(missing battery cover for $8). Pretty cool, all in all. Great day for vintage MOTU! I'm sooo happy with Multi-Bot! I cannot wait until we see the Classics version in a couple years!

I found a vintage Battle Ram in my local consignment store. I got all excited... until I took a closer look.

Someone had wedged a marble all the way down in the missile launcher and then (in an attempt to get the marble out) had broken the plastic where the missile shoots out. Boo.

On top of that, the store wanted $8 for it! Yeah, $8 for a battle ram you'll have to break in half to get the marble out of, and even then it would still have a busted up missile launcher. No thanks.

From surprised to disappointed in a hurry

$8 would not be bad for a display worthy BR for your figures to ride on, even with the marble blocking any potential projectile shooting. But the broken plastic would have been a deal breaker for me as well.

    Thanks for sharing your story!
