Attention to those who placed an order on the 16th and have not recieved their order!
Digital River lost some of my info, and this has caused the delay of my order. They did not recieve my billing & shipping address, e-mail address, and credit card.... If you have not recieved your order, call (942)253-1234, this is the number directly to Digital River. Once the automated message begins to speak, press 0, then when the operator comes on ask her to let you please speak with a manager. Do not waste your time calling Mattyco. These people have NO idea what it is they are doing. Ask the manager to verify EVERYTHING with you. Address, credit card, zipcode, state, e-mail, etc... This could be what is causing a delay in your order.
