    Have we found our perfect he-man??

    Marvelous0ne deserves the credit for spoting this guy on the Dream cast thread but I thought that as I think this guy is near on perfect, it deserves it's own thread.

    Lets see what are the credentials for He-man:
    Big muscles = check
    blond hair = check
    acting ability = check
    handsome = check
    good english = check
    heroic sounding = check
    warmth factor = check
    kind eyes = check
    age = check

    He's is the new big time fotness model and IF the are looking for He-man's well then this guy will definiotely be on the radar.

    His name is Jesse Pavelka:

    I like him for the part over Jason Lewis.
    Good find!

    I definitely think he's the best for the role that we've seen in a while.

    I think Lewis is probably too old now!

    This guy is 26 as is He-man himself (roughly).

    He sure looks the part, and i would prefer someone "unknown" like he is, as long as he can act halfway descent.

    Looks pretty good to me!

    With the right costume, script, and COMPETENT director to coax a believable, human performance out of this guy, I see good things!

    Good find, guys!

    He gets my vote!

    His hair in the first photo kind of reminds me of 200X He-Man.

    I think if he was to pull off He-man, he would have to seriously bulk up more. The Most Powerful Man in the Universe should be massive in musculature. I stilll think Mike O'Hearne (sp?) who was the new Titan on American Gladiators is a better fit. Mike is an experienced soap actor as well.

    I think Jesse would make a great He-Man. I've seen him in a few things and he's not a bad actor. Has a touch of an accent that he'd have to get rid of, but other than that he's perfect. And he is HUGE. I think he's pretty close to O'Hearn size, and his face doesn't look like it's been plasticized like O'Hearn.

    Anyone care to give a good reason why he should be He-Man besides being big and muscular?

    Unless you have a reason as to why he would be a bad choice, why be negative? You remind me of Eeyore. All doom and gloom for no reason at all.

    Well I saw him on a ... Lifetime Movie starring Kristin Chenoweth. 12 Men For Christmas. He played the police chief in the small town that Kristin was in. He was also part of the local town's Rescue Squad. Out of the 12 guys they had . He was the stand out due to his looks. While watching I kept thinking he could play He-Man or maybe Superman. Maybe Captain America?

    First, his appearance. He is a strong 6 foot tall man who is muscular, but not roided out. He has a good looking face. He has had some acting experience. And he is young. A good 26 years old! So if the they do make a film and it is successful and warrants a sequel. He won't be to much older. Other choices that have been mentioned like Mike O'Hearn. Who is now 40 Years old. Is not that good an actor. Check out some of his previous works. It's like 1970 B movie style acting. Plus he is just looking kind of strange as he gets older. Like he has had plastic surgery done to his face. Actor, Jason Lewis is 38. While he is a good actor. He is getting up there in age. Plus he doesn't have the body he once had. But he could always get that back. But, he still has the age factor against him.

    Do you have any reason why he shouldn't be He-Man?
