MOTU/POP Style Guide question

Hi-

I couldn't seem to find a topic devoted specifically to this, but please direct me to it and close this thread if there is:

My question: is this the style guide that allowed Mattel to make a filmation-like Adora?

If so, these style guides also include Filmation-styled Hordak, Catra, Glimmer, and Castaspella, as well as a cool purple Evil-Lyn (with yellow skin). Does this make all of those styles fair game for MOTUC?

(My real hope here is a filmation Catra, but I'd love to see a lot of the art used in these style guides applied to MOTUC figures).
