Hardest figure for you to get a hold of?

So far for me out of the figures I really wanted it would have to be scare-glow, my buddy had texted me that he had one come in on a trade (he owns a toy store) and I think that I had paid something like $75 - $80 for it.. I have a feeling that Ninjor will be my next...

TEELA. I've subbed for 4 years but have never found a reasonably-priced Teela on the secondary market.

    Battle Armour Faker
King Grayskull from 2008 and the Bronze variant

Of the three the original King Grayskull will be easiest to snag, but I think they'll all have to wait until the line is finished I have some more disposable income.

(I'm not even considering the Spirit of Grayskull or chrome She-Ra!)

I think some characters from first year are still hard to find: King Grayskull in bronze, Teela, Scare Glow, Tri-Klops, Webstor, King Randor v1, He-Ro....also, Whiplash, Fisto, Moss Man with flocked ears and Shadow Weaver, are very rare too...

But Teela was the hardest to me...

I can't find Battle Armor Faker or Horde Troopers at a price I can afford or justify. Too many people exploiting fellow collectors, and not trying to help each other out.

    Near impossible: Spirit of Grayskull
Hard and expensive: Teela, Fisto, King Grayskull (first ed)
Expensive: Any sub exclusive with the exception of Preternia He-man

How much are figures like Teela, Scareglow, Whiplash and He-ro going for? I have all these figures loose and was thinking of reluctantly putting my collection up for sale, as they have been sitting in a box since I moved house.

Battle Armor Heman and Faker. I will have to wait on them both. I hope they come down some in price.

Shadow Weaver is the one figure I desperately need.
I've come close to finding her at a price I can afford but always been outbid.

I also can't find Snake MAA or Goddess at a price I'm willing to pay, they're not overly expensive, I just don't like the figures much so not wanting to pay more than £20 for them.

I agree with adol on this, but would add Shadow Weaver. Didn't see the line until a year or so agao and by then it was hard to justify getting the ones i really want. and tired of the exclusives at shows being sold out to dealers before the show opens

MIB Bronze King Grayskull and loose SDCC Color-change Orko. Thankfully a member helped me out with the color-change Orko. Now I just need to find a good deal on a MIB Bronze Grayskull.

Battle Armor Faker was the most difficult figure for me to track down at a reasonable price. None of the others proved difficult for me to find even though I only started collecting the line in late 2011. I grabbed Scare Glow for $35, guess he's gone up in value.
Top 5 most wanted MOTUC figures: Lord Masque / Saurod / Mult-Bot / Angella / Sssqueeze

Happily invading Castle Grayskull with hippos is my true hobby.

The Horde Troopers? Sounds familiar? Oh yeah! The most demanded army builder, that everyone was worried Mattel would not make enough of; but were asured by Mattel that plenty would be made. Then after supply did not come close to meeting demand, they refused to make more. Lucky for us there is still plenty of bubble power She-Ra and the far less demanded Palace Gaurds.

It's funny that when i asked about HT being evergreen to ToyGuru (via RGD) he almost laughed about it, "people always say that, this or that, will sell more than anything else". (not in these exact words i'm sure).

It was probably the most ridiculous and arrogant move in this line,

mattel looses money every single day with resellers on ebay,
fans, loose money everyday overpaying them resellers.
