With a few touch-ups, Frosta would look waaay better... Just make her skin paler, get rid of the super-heavy eye mascara, make her eyebroks thinner and blue / light blue and voilá, we have an amazing Frosta

    frosta.jpg
And what about her weapon?? WAY too big... the Polly Pocket one was perfect design-wise.

So far, we have a JonBenét Frosta holding a fan :/

Her eyes are awful, they need to be fixed big time. I think she need's another accessory other than her staff also.7

Fix her eyes and lighten her hair colour and she will be great.

I think that's exactly what it is. After that blowout on Friday, showing up without her wasn't much of an option.

Ok Im overall liking her. but the one thing I'm LOVING!! is that she actually has the Jewel in the right place on her Bodice!!

other than that - I love the toy detail on the belt and Thigh boots, I do think the choker should be a lighter color so she doesnt look...well...Choked! (maybe White!)

My one big negative is the lack of 'Icicle' Bracers,

I wonder what legs she has, BP She-ra's or BG Teela's, I really hope the former. BG Teela's really hinder the poses you can get from the figures, it's my #1 complaint with the SS.

Has it been noticed if Frosta has claves cuts? It doesn't look like it since she has on thigh high boots.

"Frosta™: Available 9/15 at MattyCollector.com (NOTE: Frosta is running late so there will be no August 2012 Club Eternia® "basic" figure. Instead, much like February, there will be two figures in September. The second September figure will be revealed at a later date."

So lots of time to perfect that face paint.

That does looks better. Not perfect, but much better.

Why can't we have a Frosta that just looks "right"? That lady is way off.

Steph, you've got it! That's everything that Frosta needs - she lives in a cold land so no way would she have a suntan. Toyguru - take note. Sort out the hair colour, skin tone and makeup mistakes and you've got yourself a figure!
Most-wanted MOTUC: Granita - Hunga the Harpy - Spinnerella - Melaktha - Vultak - Dylamug - Crita - Mermista Sprag, Sprocker and Spritina

Frosta's face actually reminds me of the infamous "Ugly" Rogue. For those that don't know (or remember), Rogue from X-Men was released by Toy Biz in the mid 90's. She was deemed so ugly by the public, collectors and the media, that Toy Biz recalled her and made a better version. I see a lot of similarities...

After seeing more pics, I think Frosta looks fine.... she'd be even better without the heavy eyeliner (her eyes kinda look like whats-her-name's eyes in the movie In Time).
This non-POP fan is definitly leaning towards buying her come September.

I agree that the skin tone needs to be lighter. In fact, her skin tone should be the lightest of any of the POP ladies because of her homeland like Scorpia said earlier.

I hope the Star Sisters didn't start some new trend where the POP ladies only get their staffs as their accessory. I'd love to get some kind of ice weapon included with her. Even an "ice blast" effect that attached to her hand would be great.

Also, her hair needs to be two toned more like the style guide.

Why did they do this to Frosta? She is supposed to be one of the sexier characters in Masters and they go ahead and sculpt this type of face. I am almost in disbelief that this was sculpted by the Horsemen. I'm begging Mattel to fix this before the release. She is too important to have a botched looking figure.

Darkspector I agree with you, she does have that crazy/ugly Rogue looking face from the 90's.

I'm pretty much liking the Frosta we have. I do think the problem is the eye liner, that or maybe the hair needs to be a bit paler. And despite this being based on Filmation, she does have a bit of additional detail in her skirt if you look at it. The 4H didn't have to do that, but they did. I think she simply needs a small tweak and she'll be perfect.
Proud supporter of the Snake Men.

The resemblance is uncanny (no pun intended).
Maybe Mattel hired the old Toybiz sculptors to work on Frosta.

Too much plastic surgery done on Frosta. What's up w/ the botox lips. She's o.k. but they really need to get to the core POP characters.

I just noticed what looks off to me on her face, other than the eyes and lips. It's the cheekbones, and the "sunken" cheeks. Frosta looks really beautiful in the POP cartoon, and here she looks old and tired.

I agree with everyone that her eyes need sorting. Steph's alterations make her look heaps better!

Hopefully with her delayed this will give them time to get the paint on the eyes right. The lips don't bother me so much, but the eyes definately need altering for sure. I wish people would stop saying she looks like she did in the cartoon (as I'm unsure exactly what She-Ra cartoon they were watching if they think both faces look alike! )
    10 figures I'd like: 10/Filmation Tung Lashor, 9/Saurod, 8/Perfuma (for completeness of POP ONLY!), 7/Sprag, Sprocker and Spritina, 6/Peekablue, 5/Hunga the Harpy, 4/Sssqueeze, 3/Filmation Clawful, 2/Dylamug, 1/Queen Angella.

I'll be buying Frosta, but I hope that a few relatively minor issues are corrected before release:

    - Hair - Something about the colour just seems "off". Maybe it needs to be a bit lighter blue?
    - Make-up - Far too "heavy", especially around the eyes and the eyebrows. A little "lighter" on the make-up should make a huge improvement.
    - Staff - Way too "big". It seems over-sized for the figure. And the "blue" of the staff doesn't really "match" any of the "blues" used on Frosta. I'd almost prefer an all "white" staff to the inclusion of yet another shade of blue in Frosta's colour palette.

It really shouldn't be that difficult to make a good Frosta head. The Horsemen have for the most part done a solid job of the female figures.
