I'm happy with my BurgerKing Randor but all my Evil Masters figures are always making fun of him... not sure why.

Absolutely. This really is the most iconic version of Randor. It would look out of place to stand him next to Adam, Adora, and Marlena with his "Jitsu" armor on.....

Now you've convinced me.

If we ever get a Filmation Randor, the previously released MOTUC Randor can be Battle Armor Randor while the newer one can be the more traditional king in cermonial garb.

I would love a more Filmationesque Randor. As others have mentioned, he would look more appropriate alongside Marlena, Adam, and Adora.

But that certainly wouldn't replace the existing Randor. That version would be at the head of the Royal Guards leading his troops into battle.

Yes, I'd love a Filmation Randor - but his iconic look is also down to the colour choice as seen in Filmation. Those mini-comic images don't depict that and I'm not sure any of them do....?

So, Darkspecter was talking about how he has a fetish for a young King Randor to go along with Astronaut Marlena, and just to satisfy his desires, I thought I'd start a thread.

Do you guys think we'll get a "Captain Randor" in MotUC anytime soon? A young, beardless version of the character to go along with Marlena? Maybe a subscription exclusive? Or an exclusive here perhaps?

I would love one! Before we got Wun-Dar's bio I considered having him represent Prince/Captain Randor. I even took this picture, but alas it was only temporary as I need a middle aged Randor on my shelf, and I hold out hope for a youthful one to now go side by side with the saucy Captain Glenn... so I'm not customizing one!

LOL! Randor is actually quite attractive in barbarian clothes (see episode "The Time Wheel")! He is no less muscolar and well built than the other MOTU.

That's an awesome pic, Jon! Nice idea using Faker's head for a younger Keldor!

I´d love to see a Captain Randor in MOTUC, but I would MUCH prefer a MYP inspired look than the (imho) boringness that is the young Filmation Randor.

I want both. When/if we get Filmation rights, we could get the King Randor with alternate young head and maybe capeless armour from the first MOTUC Randor (so he can actually sit on a throne).

I would like a Battle Armour King Randor and Queen Marlena like in MYP. Problem solved!

Yes to BOTH versions! But, the 200X version would make a much more succesful variant. Captain Randor would be an excellent sub exclusive... I'm just sayin'.....

I would also like a Filmation based Randor. In my display I would maybe give Filmation Randor the scepter and sword and put him with the rest of the royal family, then with the current Classics Randor I would give him the gold Whiplash based spear and put him with the rest of my Heroic Warriors to make him more vintage based.

I really want this to happen. We'd get his shield. He will not be wearing the crown so it will be a new head. I like it to happen.
