Only once I've had to contact to Digital River's customer service and it ended up well.
I did not receive my April subscription figures, so I contacted Digital River via customer service form on Mattycollector. I asked if they could find out, what happened to my shipment. I never expected to get any answer as I always use cheap international shipping and that option is usually taken to be "use it with our own risk" option. But I was positively surprised to find out that they resent my April subscription package, which I finally received today.
If I had ever said anything very bad about Digital River, I would take it back. I have to say, that I'm very pleased with Digital River right now.
