I am fairly new to MOTUC and just placed my second order with them a few weeks ago. I got an email saying my order has shipped but the tracking has not updated at all. So I finally called and I could not understand the person on the other end at all. All I could really understand is that I am getting an email in the next three days that may be telling me my order has been cancelled and they will re submit my order. What if those figures are sold out? I payed that kind of shipping expense for this headache? Meanwhile I just ordered something from amazon that weighs 5x as much. Cost less to ship. And got it in two days. As a new customer I will likely not be ordering through Matty again. I rather pay after market prices and deal with people who care. Get with it Matty.
