2. There will be another MOTUC exclusive for SDCC 2010 that will be announced later.
3. Mo-larr did not take away any money from MOTUC's tooling budget
There is a very big rumour going around that Mo-Larr from the Robot Chicken sketch will be ONE of this years SDCC exclusives

If this is true, I think it's silly, weird, and possibly a good idea. An easy skip for many (I know I'll get one if that's what it is.), Mo-Lar does fit the bill as a "celebrity." (I haven't watched Robot Chicken in a couple of years, but I do get a kick out of the gang over there. I had a very brief encounter with Seth Green at SDCC (just exchanged "Hey!"s really at the Hasbro kiosk while I bought their art books and a MLP exclusive for my Sister-In-Law-To-Be.
I'm certain the other exclusive will be something important, like Eldor, Vikor, Keldor, or ToyGuru.

I think it's because the Robot Chicken guys wanted to do it (they were reportedly AT the art show). They must be big fans, there have been several He-Man skits and even an awesome She-Ra one (She-Ra's "friend" comes for its monthly visit... it's HYSTERICAL)
It's a cross-over promotion. The producers/cast of Robot Chicken go to the cons. The panel they had next door to Mattycollector's at NYCC was PACKED - more people than at the matty panel, and that panel was packed.
It's a fun cross-over. Hopefully it will bring some more adult collectors to the line.
All I know is that he better come with "Everything you see here!"

Awesome. Just... awesome. Robot Chicken represents some of my favorite things in life: action figures, animation, and good comedy. You MOCers would do well to watch a few episodes so you'd realize just how fun it is to play with your toys.I hope this is true. I'm guessing Keldor will be the other and will predictably be an unfortunate pain-in-the-@$$ to get, but oh well, this is gonna be a good year for MOTUC. Can't say as much for the already tattered piece of leather in my back pocket, though... But hey, why make the money if you can't enjoy spending it?
