Would you buy a Shadow Weaver figure if Mattel got the rights to her character?
After getting Hordak and now seeing Adora it makes me want her that much more. I know some people said they wouldn't mind getting a male Shadow Wraith figure (200X MYP), but I want a Shadow Weaver.
Till this day it still bothers me that she was never produced in the vintage line.

I can see it now... This line continues strong and eventually by mid 2012 they announce that the Filmation rights have finally been attained and Shadow Weaver will be the January 2013 figure!...
...Then December 21st 2012 rolls around...

Honestly, and I know I'm in the minority here, I'm not that bothered if I don't get a Shadow Weaver. She's not that cool to me - just the Horde's second-rate answer to Evil-Lyn. (I know, I know, everyone else loves her.)
There are quite a few Filmation characters I'd rather see before the Weaver comes around (if they ever get the Filmation rights, that is).
That being said, I'd still get her if they released her since she is a pretty major part of the PoP mythos (at least the Filmation PoP mythos).

Absolutely, we'd all want a Weaver. The thing is - would they pull her off well? The figure would require an original sculpt. Mattel loves to reuse stuff. There ain't much reusable that could go into a Weaver...

If they make Queen Marlena in a dress then all they would have to do is create a different head for Shadow Weaver.
I would be so happy if they find a way to make a Shadow Weaver figure, I'd even pay up to 4 times the normal figure price just to have her in my collection.
If Mattel can't get the rights, maybe we should all harrass whatever company does have the rights to Shadow Weaver to produce a figure of their own that's in scale with MOTU Classics lol
